- The hotel has a lot of greenery, nice plants to look at and that’s about it. The pools are incredible to look at but only if you enjoy ice cold temperatures even when it’s 30+ degrees outside. Heating the pool ever so slightly would go along wayFresh pancakes where the best thing about the hotel
- Nice clean and enjoy eco
- Everything
Cons -
- Pools temperature = ice coldYou won’t see a single person going into the pool unless they need an ice cold plunge.Buffet extremely bland and flys all over the food.Towels and bedding extremely worn out. They don’t offer you a kettle in room or have any irons you can borrow or rent. Bellboys don’t exist, they make you drag your own suitcase to your villa which could be 20 mins away from reception and having to carry it upstairs (no lifts). I paid well over £300 a night and didn’t expect this service! Hotel is down a broken road so expect whip lash every time you drive down it.
- Good value for money
- Language barrier we ended up withdrawing money instead of swipe and it cost us a lot

It’s spacious resort overall and has a large pool area. A lot of food options.
The rooms badly need upgrade. The bathrooms are rusty and rooms are outdated. The kids club is in absolute bad state. Toys are broken and dirty. There is no playground. Far out of town.
Waist of money
Food very poor. Room-Fridge didn't work, AC dripped big pool on floor, Took 10 minutes for hot water to come through, No hand rails to get in and out of shower (death threat). Paths around complex-Some slaps and concrete missing in the crazy paths (easier to walk on grass). Bar men kept asking and pointing to tips jar. Pool-no steps into pool only ladders and music boom boom bang bang all day not relaxing (headache time) Sunbed had no cushions. I e-mail hotel 2 week before stating our arrival would be at 11pm and asked if any food or drinks would be availabe (NO REPLY) we got there and quess what everything shut up.
Very disappointed. Charged totally different rate when paying at hotel. 80 pounds difference compared to rate advertised through booking.com.. Card machine not working so had to withdraw cash from.ATM. This is not what I wanted to do. Hotel not accepting responsibility. Rate must be the advertised rate when accommodation confirmed not what hotel fancies charging you on the day. Still in dispute with both parties. Rooms noisy.Food basicThe only bonus was the weather
The rooms were decorated nicely
The staff were very rude, food was awful
Absolutely outdated place. Out of the town in the middle of nowhere. No taxi available no public transport too far from town.
The building is outdated. Not good as the photos shows. It’s a big scam.
The property was huge. Seems like there used to be a great property managed by good staff but now neglected. The infrastructure as such and the rooms were spacious. Around 35 minutes away from the city centre with shuttle offered on some 15 MAD each. Swimming pools were nice and big. Out of two one was slightly heated. Property was scattered with good garden spaces. Entertainment team needs special mention. They are the highlight of this hotel. If it was not their performances, activities and games, I would not even waste my time give any review to this hotel.
1. There is no room service in the hotel. We called the reception for some water and they bluntly asked us to come to reception for water. 2. There was kettle provided in the room. So even for getting hot water, you will have to walk 5 mins to the reception which was a pain. Hot water kettle is the basic facility in all the hotels including budget hotels. Especially when the rooms are away from the main reception area, hotel must provide hot kettle to make tea and coffee in the room. 3. When I approached the reception to ask for kettle and other services they gave a very cold response. Except few staff at reception all were not very receptive to our suggestions. 4. Food was not up to the mark. Not much varieties specially fruits. Looked like some of the left over dinner dishes were served next morning in the breakfast. Dishes were repeated. The staff did not understand the language and also was quite rude sometimes. The food offered next to the swimming pool had a different chef ( some old lady) who was good. 5. We travelled with kids. There is a kids club which was closed most of the times and not have much to offer. I was amazed that with such big area, the hotel did not bother to have kids play area with some rides or swing. 6. Vegetarians beware!! The eggs were cooked on the same plate on which they cooked chicken, beef and fish. My wife and other friends were purely vegetarian had difficult time because of this. In toto this hotel is not worth spending £200 per day and All Inclusive is a sham. Because we had to step out and prefer eating outside food. It is better to go for non inclusive hotel near city centre with better services. For Indians- Go for a restaurant called Clay Oven in city area. The food is delicious with great service.
Hotel was good food was good not much going on but if you wanted a relaxing time place to go
Location miles from anywere
I liked the large clean territory of the hotel. Quite tasty varied food. The animators did their job well.
The room is very dirty. The towels were dirty gray and full of holes. There were three towels for a group of 4 people. We had to go to the reception twice to get another towel. The toilet didn't work, but they fixed it by the evening, but the water in the sink and bathtub didn't go away, no one cleaned them. The spa complex is terrible. They put dirty smelly towels on your face during the massage. Instead of a massage, they smeared a liter of oil on your body and covered you with another dirty rag. There was no way to wash it all off, since the only shower in the entire spa had only ice water. The sauna and hamam were cold. Other people's underwear on the terrace, where you can supposedly drink tea, which was cold. I don't recommend anyone to go to this spa.
The building was beautiful but run down.
The service was awful, the food was awful, not just taste but cooked really badly. The coffee was spat out after the first sip, tasted like the dirty machine had never been cleaned. The kettle took over 5 mins to boil and you’d have to boil your own water and queue up. They ran out of bread for toast. The breakfast staff were so unfriendly. We had ants in our bathroom and they did nothing about it. Our phone didn’t work at all. Our room wasn’t ready after they made us wait till 2:30pm, they were still cleaning it and we had to wait outside. They took another hour to drop off our suitcases. They wouldn’t let any other taxis drop or pick us up, if it wasn’t booked with them (for double/triple the normal price) you had to walk all the way out of the resort’s main gate to be picked up. Location was far and the road leading to the hotel was really scary as it only fits one car but is a 2 way road and has huge trucks passing by regularly. I could go on.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They booked us taxis into the city...highly recommended pre booking Marjorelle Gardens. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the trips we booked at reception were great. The hot air balloon was fabulous and not far from hotel. The spa was worth a visit especially on a rainy day! We had the Hammam which meant we could use the sauna and heated pool which was really warm.Gardens were well maintained.
Food was plentiful..some strange flavours..Not always hot but we always found something we enjoyed..even if it was the just the bread. Too noisy with the entertainment...very enthusiastic but turn the volume down!
It’s a big and beautiful space. I went with my sister and her kids and even though the weather was cold on most of the days, we still had a great time. We enjoyed the array of options during meal times and the staff at the restaurant and the bar were kind and friendly.
We complained that the phone in our room wasn’t working and it was never fixed until we checked out. Most of the staff don’t speak English so communication was hard. Even though the room was cleaned daily, it was never really clean. I’m not sure the cleaners actually sweep the room. Also, the rooms look nicer in pictures than in person.
Beautiful pool area and spa. Although spa entrance is extra. Away from main city if want to avoid the crowds. Shuttle service. Good all-inclusive food options mainly.
Rooms & bathrooms little tired/dated. Food at lunch/pool snack bar awful. Cold/dried up nuggets and dry chicken. Not many options for young or fussy children. Use main food hall for all meals. Didn’t find staff particularly warm or friendly.
The property is very clean and well maintained apart from the gym. It’s definitely a 3+star at best
Gym not clean and equipment old.Beds are brick hard.Dubliners cheap plastic very uncomfortable
The rooms were fabulous and we really enjoyed the food - excellent range of traditional dishes and the vegetarian in our party was extremely well catered for. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the views of the mountains were lovely.
The entertainment in the evening was too loud for the relatively small January crowd. I would suggest more relaxing music in earlier evening. However, the loud music was not an issue from our bedrooms at all.
A lovely hotel to relax in and set away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A shuttle bus could take us in the centre of the city if we needed to go - various times during the day/evening. This was a nominal cost and well worth it.
The mattresses were hard but the rooms were lovely so we still enjoyed our stay.
The price was fair
The mattress was so bad and not comfortable....I believe the hotel needs a real deep renovation...
Nice swimming pool, nice spacious room with comfy bed. Quite a diverse international food options. Friendly and helpfull staff
I think if i would stay more then 2/3 days the food would start to bore me. It is ofc advertised as such, but its quite some distance to the town. There is a shuttle service for 30 dihram for two ways.
