Better to stay close at the center of Madina even if you pay more than you stay in far and pay for taxi.

The location is far from the center of Madina around 4 km not as mentioned. The furniture are old, One of ladies that was responsible for cleaning in a rude manner asked me not to take the towel to swimming pool area and after long discussion she said that she will check my room after check out to ensure that 2 towels are still there!!!!

The location is perfect

I was leaving the hotel with my towel in the shoulder as it was a bit hot to dry my face, the house keeper manager stopped me by the door and checked the towel if it’s belong to the hotel, it was really embarrassing in front of the people. Really annoying and rude behaviour.

The pool so clean and big.the rooms need improvement.The air conditioner is an older model that lacks the necessary control options.Over all the stay for one night was good

The facilities, breakfast wasn't that good, rooms are not clean maybe since last visitor.

I told the waiter i had an egg allergy and they put mayo which contains egg on my plate and in my burger. I ate it and handed it to an allergic reaction

The extior is beautiful the staffs are amazing very welcoming and accommodating

The rooms where very basic old n the beds were broken the bathroom is old and they didn't even provide a kettle in the room the rooms really need updating

no hot water was available thru out our stay, we stayed for 4 nights and hotel reception told us there is problem with boilers, hence NO HOT WATER, was unable to take shower with cold waterrooms are v old and stinky toilet was smelly, no kettles provided, no water bottle in the room/ fridgeThis hotel needs refurbishment

Very friendly staff, the valet/doormen are a delight! I also liked the room, it was a nice size.

The location is good.

In terms of the room there is no kettle, cups, tea, water or coffee. You are forced to buy your own kettle. The rooms and hotel itself needs upgrading and carpets seems old. Hairdryer wasnt working, the deposit safe was available but not in use in all rooms. In terms of breakfast it was not international. The buffet was the same everyday and very poor. No variety at all.In terms of towels there were none when checking in and we had to wait everyday for towels. Swimming pool was very coldNo water hose in bathrooms or the qibla direction was not availableBathrooms in basement too small to go in and close doorEscalators were not set up properly if I choose floor 1 it goes to floor 2

The property is nice. The pool is big and deep which makes it easy to swim. However, the property can benefit from a renovation.

The gardens and pool are lovely. The beds and bedding were comfy.

It is very shabby but not in a chic way. Its like the set of a Scooby Doo episode - its not malevolent, just comically bad. The walk from reception to the room is through a dark sprawling hotel of multiple atriums which are decades past their hey day. The room was also very ancient and badly finished. Toilet wasn't properly fixed to the floor which was exciting, bathroom suite was circa 1970's, an ancient noisy fridge, the skirting and architrave was very badly repaired, carpets throughout are threadbare. The breakfast food quality is very cheap. Stale croissants, dirty coffee machine with sour taste. I'll post a picture of the Scooby Doo gym which clearly hasn't been used in decades. I do feel a bit bad for them because the building carcass is quite nice and with a lot of money invested, the accommodation could be very fine, to match the gardens, but it would take a LOT of money.

Nice pool, garden, quiet area of Marrakech, helpful staff, good food in restaurant. Room features balcony with chairs, few cats can be found in the hotel area. Tresure, fridge in the room, room was very big.

4* hotel in central europe is probably like 5-6* in Morocco i guess. I expected bit more (equal to our standard). Room felt bit old, shower was not working properly, half of the stream was leaking from tap when we used shower head. Other than that it was nice stay, bed was comfy, room had a balcony, everything was clean etc.Breakfast was quite basic, i missed the local food we had in previous hotel.
