The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the location was superb. Just steps from the center of the Medina.

The Riad is super located directly in Medina of Marrakesh. All is reachable by foot. The hotel is very beautiful, new and clean. Beautiful in-patio pool (for summer relax and cooling down).Super welcoming stuff and very good breakfast at roof top terrace. All was working perfect in the room.We got welcoming tea upon arrival and very good explanation of surrounding places to visit by the host, Layla.She offered us a variety of excursions that can be done within our stay and booked a private guide for us to show us Medina, souks, palaces, gardens reachable by foot from a hotel.Highly recommended for travellers wishing to be in the centre of ancient Marrakesh and feel the authentic atmosphere of leaving in Riad.

We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor.Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service.From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything.I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

All was amazing!

Amazing Riad right in the hear of Marrakesh. The room was super comfy and decorated really nicely. The breakfast was awesome and pool was refreshing after a long day.

Great location near the main market and accessible to all major tourist sites whilst still remaining peaceful. Great team of people, including Sharifa, Younis, Abdullah, Mohammed, and all the smiling cleaners.

Nothing major. Although the breakfast menu was good, we had limited options as vegetarians. The team did offer vegetarian samosas, though.

Great location and exceptional service. Staff were friendly and was convenient to have spa offerings onsite.

Everything was wonderful. The Riad is perfect, very clean and the spa is awesome. We really appreciate the kindness of all the people working there.

It was very clean,cozy and comfortable , the location was very strategic close to the most popular places, nice pool, delicious food at their restaurant,and the manager and staff were extremely friendly, they made us feel like family, I mention that my moms birthday was going to be soon and they brought her a cake and decorate the room , really nice gesture , everything was perfect , I highly recommend it.

On arrival greeted with the biggest smiles from reception nothing is too much trouble, clean , great breakfast and great location.

Great location and the building is beautiful. The staff are generally helpful and the accommodations are great.

We would not recommend the hammam/spa experience at this location, based on our experience. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the spa/hammam. Despite booking a hammam and massage experience, we waited 30+ minutes for the service to start, and there was a lot of arguing between staff members in front of us (likely because they didn't seem to be expecting us). When we tried to speak with them about what we booked, they were not informed about what we had booked with the front desk, they wouldn't let us speak/ask questions and were simply trying to push us through the door to start something different to what we booked. In the end we felt stress, rushed through the whole process and generally did not enjoy the hammam/massage experience. The staff gave us the service free of charge due to the poor service received, which was very nice of them, but from that point forward, we felt that they were overbearing, trying to do anything and everything to get a good review. Multiple staff members were constantly asking if we'd give them a good review, which made us very uncomfortable and made their actions not seem genuine. Unfortunately we felt stressed, pressured to give a good review and generally uncomfortable with the staff during our stay.
