Clean staff was good receptionist she was amazing

Location is slightly bit off

Wonderful buffet breakfast, available until 11am. The staff has been extremely friendly with us and we overall had a great experience. Also, the staff was availble for any requests we had: we once needed to get an early packed breakfast to leave on time for a tour, and our request was promptly fullfilled.Not all staff members could comminucate well in English, but there would someone ready to jump in and help. I recommend using French as a main language as all staff is fluent in that.Outdoor swimming pool was nice and deep enough, about 1.60m I would guess. This was unclear from the pictures, and we were initially afraid it would be very shallow.

According to the info available in Booking, it was implied that the Hammam was included in the price; it turns out it is not the case. Sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and even if it did not prevent us from sleeping, I can imagine some people might find it difficult.

The staff was so super nice and so dedicated to make you have a pleasant stay! Especially Mohsin and his colleagues did the upmost to give you the best service.

The rooms definitely need an upgrade to be compliant with 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Especially the girl at the reception was very kind and efficient.

I think the ability to follow guest instructions and requests could be better.

The suite, staff, pool area and couples massage were brilliant!

Apartment equipped for long-term stay. A pleasant surprise were the two balconies as part of the room. An outdoor and indoor pool is also available to guests.

The dining room may need a little renovation as the furniture has been slightly damaged.

However, I cannot trust the staff. They are condescending and do not keep their promises. Initially, they promised a free taxi to the airport, but later they offered a ride for 250 DH, while the inDrive app charges only 60 DH. Please read another’s comments google review, they don’t lie.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk away from Al Mazar mall as well as 10-15 minutes taxi to main center. The hotel itself is a great place for families/couples. Nice pool, peaceful atmosphere and all in all a great relaxing stay. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Especially Mahsin and Hafid who consistently went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service.

Breakfast options weren't the greatest apart from the fruit which were very fresh. Also next time i would avoid withdrawing cash from the ATM in lobby as it has a 50% charge. Good to have in case of emergencies but not for practical use.

small quiet resort with friendly staff

Location was Good, Staff were very friendly and helpful, The Rooms/ Suites arrangement, Value for money.

Breakfast: * Soup daily it was cold even we informed the restaurant team many times* They don’t cover the buffet items like salads & fruits which is not good with flies surrounding* Moroccan items such Malui or Mseman need to be upgraded or to revise their recipes.* No name tag on the items in the buffet, you have to ask all the times.Rooms:Are excellent except in the night there is noise from the upper lounge (Stahh Rooftop), we have to wait till 02:00 am when they stop. Even though my suite was fare from the rooftop

Me and my husband went for a short break. It is perfect for a quiet get away. The hotel is so clean , the staff do every thing they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all the staff especially Iman.

The bedroom was amazing and really large bathroom.

It is a nice property but the spa area was disappointing. There is no hot jacuzzi and the pool was freezing. Hammam could only be used if you are having a treatment.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff.

Spa wasn’t explained to properly, mentioned a jacuzzi but there wasn’t one.When paid the room charges at the end, couldn’t remember if I accidentally overpaid in DIR, reached out to the hotel but they’ve yet to message me back.
