The space was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed the night before an early flight and would definitely stay here again. Really close to the airport.

Very beautiful, calming lounge area. Someone always available at reception. Prompt replies to queries. Taxi shuttle service to airport 24/7.

Location - suburban, nothing to walk to in the area except a food market, cafe, restaurant. A la carte meals at the Riad are expensive compared to those in central Marrakech (note: prices in Euros not dirhams) - cash only.

The hospitality was the highlight! Our hosts were attentive and hospitable We had to fly extra early and they packed us a breakfast to go, which was very kind.

I book with booking.com frequently and usually book listings that are 9.0 and above. This was a 9.3 listing and it’s the first time I was shocked about the facilities It was a 7 at best for its facilities It had shoddy craftsmanship, things broken or askew were not attended to and it had an unflattering smell I was very disappointed as we had lovely Riads in Fez and the Medina of Marrakesh and this was our last night in Morroco It is close to the airport, so I understand places are often overused and not so unique, but this does not deserve its 9+ rating Only the hospitality was a plus

Private, quiet, lovely staff who were very helpful with practicalities. We felt very well cared for. Parking on the road right outside the property. Very convenient to the airport and an excellent Carrefour is nearby. Note: if you are driving, be sure to confirm location with the property as there are three riads run by the same group and GPS can give confusing directions.

Our stay at this riad was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect—just 10 minutes from the city center and only 8 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient.From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. The staff gave us great advice on the best places to visit in Marrakech, where to eat, and even tips on what to avoid to steer clear of scams. Their hospitality felt like a family approach, making us feel right at home.Breakfast was a real highlight—rich, delicious, and clearly homemade, adding a special touch to our mornings. To top it off, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with wonderful service. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech! Thank you so much for making our trip memorable!

The Riad is exactly as in the pictures. Very authentic furnishings. The Room itself was big and spacious with comfortable bedding. The most important plus of the riad is the most customer friendly staff I've ever experienced. Abdul was the perfect example of service done right. Also a big shout out to Ahmed. For their service, I would Rate the riad 20/10 if possible.

The bathroom doors are very creaky and makes noise every time you open and close them. Small inconvenience, but it difficult for us as we were with a baby.

It was nice and had a comfortable bad. The the staff were all LOVELY!

Very weird location. Not close to anything. Our room looked out to the street which was incredibly noisy all night with traffic and barking dogs. I barely slept because of the noise. :/ Also, the pool was empty, which was disappointing and not what the pictures advertised.

The best part of this Riad has to be the staff. Ahmed and Abdula were really accommodating and went above and beyond to see that our stay was satisfactory. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Riad Kenza in Dec 2024. The Riad is beautiful with large comfortable rooms. We absolutely loved the service by Ahmed and Ibrahim. On arrival Ahmed provided an intro to the city with maps and tips which were very helpful. The Riad is only 10 minutes from the main Medina, hence quiet and peaceful. It cost only $3-4 to get from the Riad to the Medina by taxi. There is a supermarket, a popular bakery and a cafe next door; it's just a 1-2 minute walk.We enjoyed our stay at the Riad.My daughter is gluten sensitivity and the hosts ordered special break from a famous gluten free bakery in town (Monquotedine) which was very thoughtful of them.We loved our stay at the Riad.

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Spacious facility, great ambience with a nice breakfast. My flight was delayed, and I had to change the drop off time a couple of times. The staff was very cooperative.Ideal for taking early morning flights.

You have to run hot water for a few minutes before it starts coming hot. I didn't realize it and mentioned to the manager that there was no hot water. He explained that I have to run it for 3-4 minutes due to the long pipes till the water heater..

Super helpful staff, we had a very early flight and our transfer was at 02.50am. We were even offered breakfast to take with us.Lovely big room, very clean and my son enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The Riad is beautiful and well maintained. It’s in a quiet location close to the airport (5-7 minutes by car) and not far from the Medina (10-15 minutes by car). The interior decor is nice and quaint. The staff are the highlight of this place. Ismail is a very good host who was going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. He gave me a good summary of places to see in the Medina, and even walked me with me to a nearby grocery store at midnight to show me where it was so I could get some things. He was kind enough to secure transportation to the Medina whenever needed. The room was very well cleaned every day and I was happy to greet the staff in the morning. Ismail even insisted on waking up earlier than usual to provide me with some coffee and breakfast before a long trip.

A very good option for being close to the airport for an early flight. The staff (Ismail) was very kind and helpful. The dinner was also very good.
