Pros +
- Good choice, side feom the crowdwd old town medina. Still in walling distance.
- The location. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and transportation
- I liked how they welcomed us
Cons -
- Room, beds, linen, towels very old and bathroom sink and stand up shower clogged and outdated I stayed 3 nights couldn’t take a shower :(
- The toilet, the beds aren't that clean
- The air conditioners were technically working but failed to cool the room, making for a terrible night, especially with a child who couldn’t sleep for most of it until the room naturally became cooler in the early morning. The property was not clean; there were flies, and the bathrooms had not been properly cleaned. It seemed that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel, and the place felt more like a run-down apartment.

The location was ok, check-in was easy, apartment was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is great. Direct 5 min walk to the downtown strip
The security for keys was a little questionable for me. You have to leave them at the front desk when you walk around town and they just leave them in a pile for you to grab your key again. The breakfast is a joke though. Bread, bread, bread, and a boiled egg.
The location was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If we ever come back, we'll most likely stay in this hotel again.
The level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If not for this, I'd give it 10/10 points. Overall it was a good experience and great value for money, but this only drawback really diminishes the impression of such a nice hotel.
Nice and big, with separate living area, big bathroom, nice breakfast. Has as small pool. Located midway between the Medina and the trainstation
Coffee not hot. Not modern but all is working
The stay was ok. We reached late in the evening and the staff at reception was not at all helpful. Rather than welcoming us, we had a tough time with the person at reception as he argued with us over the payment. We were told that the payment could be accepted via machine and were not prepared for cash at the middle of the night. It took a long time and he finally agreed that we could pay the next day as we stayed there for 3 nights. The people during the rest of our stay were helpful, and helped us make the payment as appropriate.
The pictures of the pool looks like it was taken 30 years ago cos it's really old and dirty and no deck chairs water was half emty avoid it's tiny hotel as well the water is freezing as well
It´s big difference between rooms and restaurant. Restaurant is very dirty with flying birds inside???Breakfast was very weak. Also BE CAREFUL!!! Receptionist stole us on a money curse!!!! It was terrible communication even when we asked!?Don’t pay them in place!!!! Service of this hotel is terrible! It’s a big pitty…
Great location, clean and excellent service
Everything was good
Location
On arrival was told we would have to wait until staff finished dinner. Hotel is very tired needs sprucing up
The room was big and comfortable, it was also clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad we particularly loved the fresh orange juice. The staff were helpful as well. We couldn’t use the pool as the weather was a bit chilly. It was a really nice place (i think it’s a bit too pricey for 2 nights though as we were out all day). It was also about 15 mins walk to Ysl musuem and le jardin marjorelle
Nothing much to complain about, I think the toilet cover could be changed to provide a bit of comfort when using it. Also I think the prices should be different for the times the facilities can’t be used e.g pool
Great stay. Affordable and good housekeeping service.
Cleaning and new towels everyday.
I like how it was a hotel and an apartment combined. I like that my room/apartment was very spacious. I loved waking up to the sounds and sights of the city. Breakfast was okay even if predictable. It is not too far away from the main train station in Marrakesh so I took the opportunity to walk and sightsee on my way to and from the hotel.
Beds were comfy, though pillows were hard and lumpy.
these issues: the closet had a broken rod and 3 wire hangers on the floor, the sliding glass doors to the balcony would not lock, the hall motion-detector lights did not always work so sometimes we had to use our phone flashlights to find our room, the fabric covered stool was so stained it was gross to look at or touch.
Location, staff, heating, room size
Dirty bathroom, especially shower, generally the cleanliness there wasn't goodBreakfast is exactly the same everyday, no vegetables at all. You get some pastries, one mini piece of butter and cream cheese, one mini jam and boiled egg.
Staff were amazing and friendly
Hotel was extremely noisy with guests banging around all night, staff cleaning very early, no sound proofing what so ever, lucky to get 4-5 hours per night
Location, Mr Hameed very kind receptionist
The hotel doesn't accept cards for payment, and I was overcharged through conversion rates, first by hotel and then by the bank.
Cleanliness, location, spacious appartment , kitchen utensils, Tv and satalleite channels.
Small bathroom that you keep bumping in the bathroom door while showering. Hot water runs out fast . Kind of archaic furniture. Ac only blows cold air not convertible to heat, some of the nights, corridor has no lighting and I had to use the flashlight of my phone to reach the room door. clothes closet has only one hanger.
