The location is good for downtown and the food around was great

I couldn't sleep due to noise and music at night.The receptionist was not great and rude.

The ad on booking mentioned they take credit cards, once I handed him the card while checking he said sorry we take cash only, I had to go outside look for ATM to get cash, the AC was making unbearable noise through all night, the water was cold early in the morning, shower door was broken….

First of all the recepisionist wasn’t there for about 20 minutes and i wasn’t the only one waiting there and once their he said that he didn’t receive my reservation eventhought the reservation was paid and i show him all the receipts Thanks to the customer service the problem was solved because the hostel refused eventhought i had all the confirmation emails and he was called by the customer serviceI had to stay more than 1hour waiting his boss to come so she can check if i really did a reservation but i couldn’t stay in such a hostel the customer service recommended to check in another hostel which i don’t regret at all

My room wasn’t very clean when I arrived. There were still hairs all over the sink and the shower door was broken so water got everywhere.

I couldn't sleep at all, a lot of noise form the street (vehicle and motorbike...) there was not sound isolation in the rooms. It was a nightmare ?...my advice avoid, cz u will not sleep.

Location, cleanliness, and polite staff

the room was facing the road and it was extremely loud, if I did not have my ear plugs I would not be able to sleep at all.

Room nice decor .. bed bathroom etc all good.

Booking.com said tea and coffee maker in room - hotel said no that was wrong/ not possible. Balcony yes (rubbish view) .. no chair to sit on to read book? Lighting looks good .. but you can't read a book in bed .. only lights on the far wall.

Lovely pictures on the wall, good and helpful staff, bed was big and comfy, reception answered all the questions.

The placement was good

The water heater was not working and the air conditioner was not working. Honestly, the accommodation was below standard.

Breakfast was open buffet, a mixture of salad, spam, soup, breads and Moroccan pancakes, jams, pasties, fresh orange juice, tea &coffee.

The wifi & the view

The old furnture, the uncomfy bed, the low water pression, the dirty rog at the reception, the intense traffic on the street, the noises coming from the night club that kept us awake till 6 am…Never ever coming here again

The location is great but very noisy

The first disappointment is that once I entered the room, it was full of cockroaches running everywhere in the room and we asked the staff to change the room and he refused to change claiming the hotel was full but after some back and forth. He changed the room with to a smaller one. It was hot in Marrakech that evening and we asked to turn on the AC in the room, they said it’s not operating even though the room was booked with AC that should be operating in the room as mentioned in the inclusions. There were no toilet papers and ONE towel in the room that was old and dirty.

Very dirty, the bed sheets had a strong odor and were obviously not changed! There were strange marks on the curtains which near the bed.

The staff was helpful, the hotel location was perfect with a lt to do in a walking distance and the wifi was good for the most part.

The hotel is over a very busy street and the room's window is not isolating the noise as if it was open!This made my stay extremely noisy and irritating sometimes.

Club / Disco next door playing very loud music until early hours of the morning. Very difficult to get to sleep ??Building site, next door, very noisy. Difficult to relax ??Breakfast was very, very, very basic Nothing cooked to order. Very disappointing ??Staff were very good and helpful ??

Good location at the heart of the city. Easy access with taxi

Noisy outside, especially if your room is on the main road sides. You will get hard to sleep.

The hotel was close to the trainstation. Thats the only useful thing about this place.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was booked to stay for 10 nights, and checked out after the first night. The bathroom was filthy. The towels smelled like an ashtray. The sink was clogged, and there was someone elses blood on the wall near the sink. The shower was filthy as well as mouldy and didnt have proper doors that you could close. There was brown gunk all around the floor drains. Never stay here. Ever. When I spoke to the receptionist when I unceremoniously checked out early and let them know my thoughts, they could not have been less interested. I tried to follow up with customer service and didnt even receive a reply.
