Mogador Menzah Appart Hotel

The hotel was dirty, poor lighting in the room,not internet in the room. The TV was not working. The stuff was short and annoyed at check in. By the way I checked out 30 min after checking in. It looked like an over crowded YMCA or project with a pool.

We are not happy with what we got

Pictures on booking are very old not real for this time. Kitchen empty no equipment available no spoon no plates no cups nothing. Do you believe elevator is not working so we have to use stairs on 4th floor !!!!!!! Only elevator that work is staff elevator and is very very small. Price is very expensive for what we got , rooms have very old furniture, we are not happy with this hotel, with the price that we paid we can better service and better and fancy rooms

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was responsive and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioning did not work the first day and the balcony doors did not close which freaked me out until I realized it was in fact quite safe.

Good stuff members professional and helpful.I liked also the availability of the small super market inside the hotel.

Not so clean the room. The wardrobe very old style need to change it.The room where I stayed not very well equipped.

Nice pool, clean hotel, a bit hard to find but taxis no where it is. Close to train station and market places

The furnishings of the apartments are quite outdated and lack comfort. This hotel requires a significant renovation.

Relatively close both to the airport, train station, and Medina; well located, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I’m rather puzzled by the naysayers negative comments, maybe one of us were lucky, or unlucky?), but most of all the price is quite reasonable…

The room was not as in the pictures. Doors are not closing easily (both room and toilet doors). Kitchen poorly equipped. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars

Nice, comfortable room. Decent size pool. In general good value for money.

No atmosphere In the hotel once the pool closes.

Proximity, the cleaning staff, swimming pool maintenance, wifi, reception was okay, etc

Facilities needs revamped, get new good TVs and sofas.The fact that none of your staff returned the cash (£40) I lost in your grocery store area or just by walking in the swimming pool area, gives me a negative vibe of trust.

I could say the location and the WiFi.

It was rouble because we arrived late evening and had to check out afternoon. At the same time we experienced drilling operations above the apartment. So I had to come down the reception to complain about the and he promised me to stop the operation. After 30 minutes, they resumed the operation and forced me to come down again to the reception. At that time they offered an alternative apartment in another building. After we got up and switched the apartment we discovered another drillin operations also.Thus, I highly doubt NOT recommend this king of professionalism.

The shower is and still leaking, the bed is hard for me, wish that the pool is open till 9pm

A lift didn't work, kitchen equipment wasn't in good condition.

The towels were grey, not white; one of the windows was not closing fully; no shampoo, no shower gel, no tea or coffee; no wending machine for tea, coffee or snacks

we arrived in hot day with 1.5 years baby , and after checking i asked the reception that Ac not working and it's every hot for my baby , so gentlemen in reception answer was that Ac is centralize and we don't open this time , it's better to open windows air is cool .than I was believe that we booked apartments equipped but seems there is no spoons no knives no induction, was just wondering what exactly did we book A BED AND TV ?.so it was bad experience and definitely not coming back there specifically when you have kids .
