It¿s a shame I only had one night there- Every time I come to Morocco- that¿s gonna be where I stay. The amenities are lovely including the indoor garden, staff was very helpful and their recommendations were on point. Easy to access, safe, spotless -

The room was super cold even with AC on.. so I asked the staff to send me an additional blanket for my second night. They forgot and when I reminded them for one they sent one that was filthy and torn.. that was disgusting

The staff was very helpful & compassionate. I had a minor medical issue and the front desk lady asked me if I was OK, the next day. The front door man was professional and always available to hail a cab and give good directions.

MOTEL (!) vibe!!! The room doesn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom and toilet are dirty. The room needs maintenance. There are sexually suggestive pictures on the walls... and mirrors everywhere.... Definitely feels like a place for a one-night stand. Horrible vibe and energy. No soundproofing. The street is very loud.

the bathroom needs renovation, smely toilete, shower needs an upgradeit is very very noisy , no soundproofing, it is like you are sleeping on the street with all the horns and motorbikes in your bedroomthe reception staff not helpful al all

The cleanliness and personal of the hotel are the highlights. All the hotel staff was so kind but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile. You can not lose them.

Late check innOne day, the water supply had stopped. However, they compensate me by giving free spa and hammam

Was in a good location, easy to get a taxi outside. Hotel staff were brilliant and very accommodating and friendly. Had left lots of valuables unlocked in the room and we had no issues with anything going missing. Cleaners were brilliant.

The sink in the bathroom was leaking if we used it, but we had 2 sinks so it was fine. the room was big and nice but I think maybe generally some areas of the hotel need a little refurbishment, some fresh carpets and floors and maybe new seats in reception, but it doesn’t negatively impact your stay.

Location was great for us as away from the really busy Madina though within walking distance and near to super restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Lovely comfortable beds. Large, spacious room though we did book a junior suite

Pool was cold though believe none are heated in Marrakesh

My partner Emma and I have been staying at Bab Hotel for several years. We love the location, the style of the hotel, generously sized rooms and the buffet breakfast is very good value and offers lots of variety. But the best thing about the hotel is the team who are just great. The jewel of all the staff is Lamia - she really has become like family to us. She is always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a great part of Gueliz near lots of fabulous restaurants and shops.
