Very friendly staff with good breakfast. The service from the staff was exceptional. The location is very accessible to the market.

Little further than the other riad, but staff was helpful giving us a guide to walk us in late at nights. Best mint tea and over all breakfast in Marrakech.

Hotel taxi was way more expensive even though we were meeting at the same central point as other taxis.

Great location, nice staff, very helpful luggage moving and taxi service. Clean rooms.

Breakfast was only okay…coffee could be hotter

The whole Riad is beautiful. And the staff is very friendly.

Riad N’s is really hard to find. Google maps didn’t really helped. The air conditioning is not strong enough during the summer. An extra could help for more comfort :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made it felt like home. Even pack breakfast for my early departure for a tour. The location couldn’t be better, all the major sites are in walking distance.

The property is beautiful and quaint. It’s traditional Marrakech and yet feels upscale. We were greeted warmly and with a treat. Breakfast was included with our stay.

Very friendly and courteous staff ( all of them, won’t be fair to name a few ) Always ready to help Riad is very clean . Great location. Our kindest appreciation to Zainab and Yusuf.

Good breakfast, spacious rooms, good terrace. Youssef (the main guy) was amazing. He was so helpful and went above an beyond to make us feel comfortable. If we hadn't arrived in the evening, we would have just left the property because of the reasons below.

The lead lady cleaner (the older one) is very rude. Our check-in time was 2PM. We requested the property to allow us an early check-in. When we didn't get a reply, we decided to reach the property at 1:45PM. We filled in the forms only to realize that our rooms weren't clean/ready yet. I had already mentioned in the booking that we want 1 double + 1 single bed, but, past 2PM, the lady asks us for our preference and then starts setting/cleaning the room. We were just stranded in the waiting area. When we asked her at 2:30PM as to when the room will be ready as it was past the check-in time and we have a very long morning, she replies rudely and unapologetically: '10 more minutes. You just arrived at 2PM. You will need to wait now.' This doesn't make sense. Our rooms should have been ready at 2PM irrespective of when we check-in. Secondly, their cab service which charges 20 Euros dropped us off 1.5km+ away from the Riad (charged 20 Euros to drive less than a km) even when the car paths led so close to the Riad. Thirdly, our room's AC was broken and didn't cool the room. Fourthly, we kept messaging the management but did't receive any replies for 24 hours because, apparently, they had to go to France.

Beautiful riad in a wonderful location. A little hard to find however very close to wonderful shopping, restaurants and parts of the riad that are easy to find your way around. Our group loved the location, the rooms and the staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

    10CarolinePosted on: 4-26-2025

The Riad was beautiful and clean. It was truly an oasis in the middle of the chaotic Medina. Youssef, Mustafa, and the rest of the staff were welcoming and so friendly. The rooftop terrace was a great way to start the day with the included breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here.

We were in the first room on the ground floor so we heard other guests buzzing/knocking at night to get in.

Great location, the property is cute and clean, beds are comfortable, and the personnel is super !They helped me and even gave advise on how to plan my days in Marrakech

There was noise in the morning (fromOther guests and the staff) that wokeMe up

Beautiful riad, very quiet. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast could have been better

    7EdwardPosted on: 4-7-2025

Beautiful Interior. Very friendly and polite staff. Clean and comfortable. We were always offered tours and spa treatments although we didn't go on any.

Set Breakfast isn't our style. Crepes, bread and a fried egg with a small cake every day. Although well cooked, tasty and sufficient, it was very sweet... A buffet would have been much better. Poor quality coffee was also disappointing. Our room was on the ground floor and literally next to a seated reception area which was constantly noisy with guests coming and going and talking into the evening. No front door key. You have to ring or knock to get in. Which can take a while if the staff are on the top floor. So guests banging on the door in the evening woke us up many times. Just give your guests a front door key !!!The roof bar was never staffed. No refreshments were ever offered. Just a hideously expensive mini bar in the room.

Well-designed room: beds upstairs on a mezzanine floor which left plenty of space for a shower room, sitting area, wardrobe and luggage storage downstairs. Enticing rest areas around the riad, drawing you to sit down with a coffee and a book. Attractive roof terrace with terracotta pots of bougainvillea, and lit at night. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delightful when the weather was dry, but there was also a particularly friendly and relaxed atmosphere when it was served downstairs in the inner courtyard on a wet morning. No-one swam in the pool and we weren’t sure whether it was purely ornamental. All the staff were friendly but we were particularly impressed by a lady in the role of housekeeper(?) who seemed really on top of her job as well as genuinely warm. I’m very sorry I didn’t catch her name.

It would have been very difficult to find but they kindly arranged for someone to meet us in the main square when we arrived the first evening. After that we were careful to keep track of where we were and satnav worked on our phones most of the time.

Great hospitality, ambience, with warm friendly staff. Felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was a lovely spread . Zainab and Youssef were exceptional hosts and Mustafa who took us to and from our taxi was timely and congenial. We felt privileged to have stayed there, and recommended it to our friends and definitely would stay there again!

Decor was beautiful and clearly created with much love and attention to detail. The Riad feels so calm and peaceful. A beautiful sanctuary from the bustling, intense and vibrant medina.

Would’ve been difficult to find without the help of the hotel staff who met us from the airport.

    8LouisePosted on: 3-26-2025

The staff were so friendly and always available to ask for advice. The breakfast was delicious and really big - it really filled us up. Great location in the centre of the Medina and not too far through lots of passages. Beautiful relaxing Riad.

The room we were put in was right by the entrance so it was really noisy whenever anyone arrived/left.
