    Pros +

    • Loved everything about the property (location, cleanliness, good food, relaxing setting, spa). Anne, Abdusamaud and everyone were so helpful in navigating Marrakech, suggesting restaurants, organizing rides, etc. I can’t say enough about the place.
    • The staff was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and calming welcome. Anne, the manager, took time to get to know us. She was very friendly, not pushy at all. We enjoyed our beautiful rooms with the much appreciated airconditioning. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!
    • So welcoming.. loved the modern design. Rooftop pool and vibe was spectacular.

    Cons -

    • It would be great to have the WiFi work a little better. There were different zones and my room didn’t always match up with either of them.
    • The hotel is in need of some updates / renovations. Mostly the bathroom is in need of an update, surely in this price range. The price is a bit on the high side for this room comfort and breakfast. The breakfast is ok, but it could be better and more variabel...keep in mind, it was my first time in marrakech, so I can't really compare to the marrakech standard...
    • Breakfast was not good, and the bathroom is more like a cupboard door so everything is audible, you have to know each other quite well...

This property is a hidden gem, walking distance from Medina. I had a wonderful stay at the property, the breakfast was really nice on the terrace. I also did hamam and massage, it was just perfect.

A quick stopover at this beautiful hotel.. wish we could have stayed longer. The room, service and staff were all excellent. Could definitely come back. Great location.

Loved everything about the property. The location was excellent, and the hosts Anne and Abusammad were very welcoming and helpful. All the staff including the cleaners, and cooks were very polite and attentive. Loved our stay and we even managed to go to Bacha coffee thanks to Anne.

Nice hotel with a great looking foyer and absolutely very friendly people. Also the rooftof has a nice vibe to it.

Location is good to get to town and to the airport! BUT very hard to find! Make sure you go to the right address AND preferrably by daylight...

Breakfast was not good, and the bathroom is more like a cupboard door so everything is audible, you have to know each other quite well...

Tranquil oasis in the medina, Anne and her staff could not have been more helpful.

Missed having an overhead shower , just a bath and handheld shower.

So modern, so clean, so relaxing. They also put rose petals on the bed for Valentine’s Day.

Wifi can be really slow at times especially at night when everyone is in the hotel

Great location, a hidden gem - wonderful welcoming staff, rooftop terrace for breakfast and sunny afternoons . Beds very comfortable.

    Great rooftop pool. Excellent location

    Rooms small. Breakfast very basic

The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The ground floor was very beautiful, modern and very inviting.

My room and the Terrace were a disappointment for me.The photos posted of this place online was quite nice but what i saw was that the property nolonger looks like that. They had to reclean my room when i arrived because the floor was dirty. They set dirty water glass in my room that was previously used as an ash tray because it still had cigarette ashes in it, very disgusting. The tiles are faded and have turned brown, especially the ones at the Terrace. I hated the bathroom and i was really excited to leave this place.

The property was very close to the centre of activities and an easy walk to restaurants and the square. We walked most of the time. Anne & her staff were very attentive to our needs & comfort. The breakfast was good.

We liked everything about the property. Would strongly recommend.Abraham & Neena from UK

The best of both worlds - Riad in style but with the facilities of a modern hotel. Great decor, comfortable beds, Excellent team, catered to all our requests. Breakfast and food offering simple but very nice indeed.

    Nothing really.

The staff were excellent, the location was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The catering facilities were basic, the breakfast was a little repetitive although good.

Not much. Overall, I think this is a very unreliable landlord. We received the wrong room that we had booked (lower standard in a main hall, near reception even without a proper wall - just windows cover with carpet). Just because we came late evening we decided to sleep one night and clarify what happend. My wife asked for change and we got answer that is impossible and we can go somewhere else if we do not like it. Afterwards in order to avoid a bad comment on the booking, after our check-out, the hotel reported that we had never been there and, despite paying in advance and they pretended that we had not shown up at the hotel. I definitely don't recommend it. I haven't encountered such rudeness in a long time. First of all we didnt go what we paid for and second that behaviour. It just a pity that those type of places still exist nowdays.

    Well a lot....

Clean, modern design, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and the owner herself.

No parking at all, despite of advertising. At the gate of medina you have to negotiate your parking with local “guardians” for undefined price. Avoid if you driving. Modest “continental” breakfast - 3 varieties of bread, butter, soft cheese, spit of jam, small cup of fruit salad. Breakfast starting at 8.30, 8.37 nobody at the kitchen. Weak unstable wi-fi.

Great Boutique hotel in a quiet(ish) corner of the Medina which provides an oasis of calm in busy Marrakech. Isabelle and Anne looked after us brilliantly and a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace is the perfect way to start any day.

Amazing place, with very friendly staff, Anna thank you for making us feel so welcome! The room was just perfect, simple but beautiful decorated.
