    • Friendly and safe. Good location with ability to walk to the areas sites. The room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was substantial. Nice rooftop area. Good coordination with airport shuttle. Staff very helpful, courteous and interested in making your stay enjoyable.
    • We had a really great time at the riad! The hosts Nezha and Abdul are absolutely hospitable, we felt like home. Nezha arranged us airport transfer and gave is info for the city. The breakfast was the most delicious I have ever tried at a hotel! The room was spacious, very clean and quiet, although it is in the Medina. There is also a nice rooftop terrace with a city view! It is close to main attractions. Highly recommended!

    Cons -

    • Easy to get lost in the Medina. Maps not helpful. Essential to have access to google maps.
    • Location can seem a bit daunting initially through the pathways.
    • A bit tricky to find for the first time.

The host was amazing and helpful. Knows where to go and how to get there. Also, accommodating with late night check-ins.

The room was simple, but well designed to give a Moroccan feel. Clean and well taken care of daily. Quiet and peaceful environment. Hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. Nezha checked in beforehand to confirm arrival time and ensure I had airport pickup. Even after flight delays, Abdou was there waiting for when I arrived. He was so thorough it felt like an orientation to Marrakech and the area. He sat with a map and explained directions and where to find things. Breakfast was fantastic.

Location can seem a bit daunting initially through the pathways.

The riad was very clean, spacious, and beautiful! The Riad was very quiet and filled with the sounds of peaceful birds, even thought it was in the middle of the busy madina!! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was so delicious and also very filling !! The breakfast was one of our favourite parts of the stay as it changed every day and each time the food was so fresh and amazing ! Nezha was such an amazing host, super friendly and helped us with learning how to get around the city to explore! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and we loved our stay at Riad cherihane!

A nice riad located in an old quiet neighbourhood, close to the main city attractions and still very quiet to sleep without any disturbances from the outside world.breakfast is nice and generous, only lacking from fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. It would be nice if the road to access and exit the riad was clean from so much garbage left in the streets.

From begining to end it was a good experience. Abdul is a remarkable host. The roof terace, the breakfast is very good. It was very clean.Highly recommended.

A bit tricky to find for the first time.

The transportation was perfect to us. I suggest the new guests to use otel transportation. Otherwise, it may be hard to find the entrance of the otel. Because the streets are narrow and a little bit complicated. If you need transportation, just tell it. They will do the best for your comfort. Nezha (the lady at hotel) was sooo friendly, helpful and nice to us. She also let us play her dog as well ??The room was perfectly clean. They clean the room everyday. When we arrived the otel, we always found our room tidy and clean. They served really nice breakfast. It was pretty enough to start our day. Since we left the otel really early, they prepared our breakfast for taking away, which was so thoughtful.

I have nothing to say negative. Just enjoy your staying ✌️

The staff were lovely and helpful. They accommodated our difficulty with the steep stairs and moved us to a main floor room. The breakfasts were beautifully presented. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see.

It would have been difficult to find the Riad if we had not used their driver for airport pickup and someone from the Riad came to the main road to get us.

The accommodation was typical Arabic type. At night, it looks good with the lights there. The rooftop is really cool.

Wifi signal wasn't reaching in the room we were allocated. We reported this to the host, but the host wasn't able to understand the issue, maybe due to the language barrier.

The room was really nice with a beautiful bathroom. The location was good and the staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend checking out the terrace!

The breakfast was lovely. Homemade and plentiful. The French pastry each day was a delicious treat.

This riad was in Medina , bit of long walk to centre square but it was so nice and quiet inside . Riad itself inside was beautiful, full of art, great paintings on the walls, niceley decorated. Bed was comfy, good mattress , had a good sleep, good shower, clean and tidy, hearty breakfast, you definately dont leave hungry. Great rooftop area to sit and relax. Helpful staff, was very nice. Felt very relaxed and safe in there. Nezha got us taxi both ways to airport, needed to walk a bit in there but no problem, we had a nice guy waiting for us to take us to riad, sorry i cant remember your name... communication was very quick as well. We did couple of day trips as well, because we needed to leave early they packed us breakfast to go as well without us needed to ask. Would definately recommend to my family or friends to stay in there, also...next time i visit i would definately go back. This place definately made my stay in Marrakesh a lot better than me being in a big european style hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and letting me to stay in your beautiful riad. I wish you all the best and hopefully will see you again ?

We liked everything ?. Me and my friend were both happy to stay there, maybe a bit stronger wifi on upper floors would be awesome, we had wifi in our room, just would prefer bit stronger but there was good seating area, more than one where you had full signal. Overall nothing bad to say...and i'm quite picky when it comes to bed and shower...so all great ??

A lovely place to stay, had a nice welcome and a hand drawn map and explanation of where the sights are, nice clean room, good breakfast. Such a beautiful building in a classic riad style, room has good air con etc. Would go back!

One of the best Riads that I had been to, the stay was excellent and the room was lovely. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, and the breakfast at the Riad was super delicious. Overall, a solid 10!

The Riad was great. The personnel was really nice, the room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was pretty good. The location is convenient, a bit hidden, but close to the centre of Médina, close to a parking of taxis, and during the night it's very calm. The rooftop terrace was a treasure to come back to after a long day in the city. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation

Maybe a little refrigerator in the room or in the shared space would be nice, but that's just a small thing

Our stay at Riad Cherihane was great! The staff were very welcoming and inviting. He checked us in and explained nearby locations and how to get to the hotel which was a bit tricky especially in Medina, but he did a great job at explaining. The breakfast was great and very filling. The room was spotless and, despite the warm weather, was very cool and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and slow, but for a majority of the time it did work.

    9StefanPosted on: 4-15-2024

The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was big and warm, it was cleaned everyday. The view from the roof is nice.

The breakfast was the typical bread with jam that didn't really impress. You can hear everything that happens in the central stairway, but that's how these places are designed.

    10ArchiePosted on: 4-5-2024

The Riad was very good. The terrace had amazing views and was a great place to spend time. The rooms were traditional and cosy. Filling and good breakfast which varied every morning. The host was lovely.

Only thing is the shower wouldn’t hold in the stand.
