Worst experience I’ve ever had
The electricity was off all the time with no response from hotel management despite all my complaints.. funny thing was that the reception area had electricity but my suite wasn’t!!!
The property is a hideaway resort you feel that you are living in the nature and the unique thing they are having their own Natural cultivation of vegetables and leafy greens and milk production from local goats Taking care of the various trees and natural water ponds in which algae grow and where frogs and turtles live, in addition to water fountains
The price little bit expensive And you can extend your stay. There is good offer.
It was expansive and modern yet filled with rich culture. Every space and design was thoughtful and intriguing. Not usually an outdoor person but the grounds provided a unique way to be enmeshed with nature, surrounded by beautiful gardens, ponds, turtles, even cute cats.
Had a ground floor room so it took some getting used to especially with all the greenery around. Also at 5’7 I had to hit my head on the door post one too many times to remember to bend each time I went through a lot of doors on the property. They had a short design which I guess is part of the aesthetic
Beautiful gardens and fab pool, great relaxing peaceful oasis. BirdSong, amazing flowers and trees great staff and delicious food.
The garden is so pretty and the pool side so relaxing. The staff was outstanding. Breakfast as well! Totally loved the traditional choices there. And it was the most varied breakfast I have had in my life. Wonderful massage. Taxi service was sublime. I have had an amazing time. Thank you so much!
Little minus for me (very personal) is the Western / fusion atmosphere in music they were playing and also the fusion kitchen for me is not a favorite. I love the traditional music and kitchen of Morocco so much, so personally I would have loved to enjoy that to the fullest during my stay. I think the Tajine dishes were the best meals on the menu by far! Very delicious.
An oasis of calm after the wonderful madness of the Medina. Peococks roam, terrapins swim and frogs swim with an enviable vegetable garden as the grand finale. Gardens that delight and just really a slice of heaven.
I thought the spa was disapointing and had two girls chatting to each other whilst my husband and I had our hamman which was disconcerting and a little uncomfortable.
Pool was lovely - bonus that it was heated. There were plenty of loungers. The decor at the hotel is beautiful, especially the bar and the rooms. The gardens are also very nice.
The main restaurant wasn’t to our taste. It was too fancy and the mix of local and Asian dishes was quite strange. We ate out every night, after dining there once. The massage was also very average.
Beautiful grounds and stunning propertyReally really stylist
Children were quite noisy around the pool area but it was Easter break so expected
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Delicious food and a varied menu for all tastes. Lovely grounds.
Service in restaurants and around the pool, painfully slow. There are plenty of staff but ordering food/drinks always appeared a bit complicated, often receiveing the wrong items. All staff were lovely and tried their best but given the prices could be better trained. There was one particularly slow and very surly lady. The pool area is lovely but very crowded on good days, particularly with so many children running around, it was hard to relax or get peace. I'd recommend anyone travelling without children to avoid the holidays.
Tranquil location, beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable stylish rooms, excellent food
We had the most wonderful stay in Les Deux Tours with our two small children. The hotel itself is stunning and so well-maintained and every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t think of another hotel where everyone has been so friendly and helpful, the pool area and gardens were beautiful and everything we ate in the hotel was delicious. The only note I would add to prospective guests with children is that the bedrooms in our family suite weren’t interconnecting (ours slept across the courtyard), so bring a baby monitor if your children are young and you need to get up with them in the night. Thank you so much Les Deux Tours!
The hotel was stunning- beautiful architecture and peacocks strutting around the garden during breakfast.
It was all great
Absolutely amazing place to stay, full 10/10. I had picked a premium suite for friends to stay and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Staff were lovely and all the indoor and grounds were beautiful, very tranquil. Thank you for the nice touch of bubbly and welcome message waiting for us, we will be back!
Nothing, cannot fault at all
The breakfast was incredible. The interior design was lovely and the main reason that we booked the hotel.
Limited vegetarian choices, particularly on the lunch menu.
the large terrace we had the gardens the goats
I paid for a private swimming pool with the room suite but the pool water was freezing and i only found out that you have to ask reception for the pool heater to be switched on on the last day so i was very cross as the room cost alot and no one had told about heating the pool i especially got this room with a pool as i had a one year old baby with me Poor Service from the Hotel old bathroom fittings room 5 - bath plug not fixed no wash basin in the toilet and the loo made a terrible sound when being flushed poor lighting in the bedroom and living rooms very dusty under the coffee table and sofa curtains did not close properpery
Great location, romantic rooms and gardens, wonderful staff and outstanding food. Cannot fault anything. Can't wait to return. Howard & Rosie x
Everyone in the stuff was super friendly and professional. Outdoor and indoor areas well decorated. It’s like an oasis in the dessert.
Far from the attractions and it takes 15-20mins to the closest place by taxi.
