location OK, with view on golf course & the pond with ducks

this is not a hotel, this is a residence. hence beds not done, room not cleant during the stay. if you do not have toilet paper left during your stay, then so bad for you! nobody at the front desk will be there to help you.

A little bit further out of the city center

The staff (Mariam, Abdelilah, Mustapha, and Lyna) were very responsive. They helped find me meds when I caught a cold at night and were very informative whenever I asked about something. I also got a great room.

I wish the gym and spa areas had been completed by the time I visited. It is a great place to spend the whole day!

The staff are fantastic - very helpful, attentive and react quickly to requests. Tariq was 1st class in his demeanor and friendliness. A credit to your hotel and the other staff too.

The on-site restaurant didn’t open every day which caused an issue. The facilities in the apartment need upgraded to allow for home cooking.

Miriam , Tariq , Yassine and all the other staff are beyond compare . They all were the nicest and could not have asked for anything better . All amenities , cleanliness was outstanding . Would love to recommend this place to everyone .

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is peaceful, intimate, and perfectly positioned at a remove from the city chaos.The sweeping view with breathtaking natural scenes offers a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and introspection.I would like to thank the entire hotel crew for making our stay so wonderful. A great thank goes to Tarek, the waiter, who was more than nice, professional, and helpful.I will definitely come back and again use this hotel.

Wrong choice of hotel

The hotel looks like it is abandonned and part of the Palmeraie Golf Palace Resort next door which is completely closed.

Area is quiet

This is NOT a hotel. It is a vacation apartments. Many things are not working properly. The door lock is not working even we asked them to repair no answer. The apartment has a kitchen but no plates no silverware or glasses. The breakfast is just ok. The staffs will ask and insist to leave a positive comments. I, now, understand why people leave positive feedbacks. The place has the potential to be a better place still needs a lot of work. The overall experience is mediocre and I will suggest to look for other places.

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel! The team was incredibly welcoming, and a special thanks to Meryem who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed, whether it was transportation or any other request, everything was taken care of with kindness and excellence. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable and very good! I highly recommend it ?!
