Pros +
- The decor
- Only view from the terrace.
- The only thing I appreciated was the decoration.
Cons -
- The room had no tv , the water had a horrible salt taste and therefor we didn¿t Shower using it , the breakfast was the same and very simple and limited. The location was the worst
- It is an extremely cold room, even the air conditioner doesn't help. No extra blankets, just summer duvet and one bed sheet and one pillow.During the night there is no water in the bathroom, after our complaint water returned after half an hour. Breakfast was included in the price , but it was the only piece of cake , juice and coffee. We are informed the night before that we will leave very early and they agreed to prepare breakfast for us but the staff did not infield about that other person who was on the morning shift.
- The location was unclear and hard to find, we got lost for hours at night in the palm groves, damaging our car. No one answered our calls, and when we finally reached the host, they refused to help and remind us it was non refundable. The property itself was in a poor village, and the breakfast was terrible, everything cold and unappetizing.

The building itself is beautiful and the views over the Atlas mountains are amazing. I think someone at some point had a good vision for an excellent luxury spa hotel, but they seem to have just given up on delivering. The receptionist and the massage therapist were friendly and helpful. But there were so many things wrong that it just made for an unpleasant experience overall.
The breakfast was terrible (stale crepes, overbrewed tea, the most boring plain omlette I've ever eaten). The waitress just seemed annoyed we were there. The dinner was mediocre at best. The wifi network didn't reach the room.We had to leave the hot water tap running for literally 10 - 15 minutes for the water to become hot, which in Morocco especially feels like a massive waste of water. And there is no hook for the showerhead. You have to hold it above yourself with one hand. The pool is unheated and the wall next to it means that it doesn't get much direct sunlight, so it was extremely cold. The hammam was broken and couldn't be used.No dressing gowns provided (what kind of "spa" doesn't provide dressing gowns?).The "patio view" was through a tiny square window (and shouldn't really be advertised as a view). The rooftop seating was covered in dust. There are a bunch of cool elements around the property (poolside bar, rooftop bar, rooftop hot tub), but it seems like they haven't been used in years.
Staff were wonderful friendly and so helpful
Showers open to the bedroom so if your sharing with a friend no privacy to shower
Breakfast was great. Considering the remote location we ate quite a few meals here. Although the food was lovely and good value, a larger menu would be good - or even a different lunch menu.
The surroundings
Beautifully decorated, lovely staff
Breakfast was a little basic - some fruit would be nice
the hanmam and swimming pool was great. Staff is really helpful
The location was really out of no where there is two way to reach the centre be careful of what you choose since google map always shows the bad road . Google maps doesn’t take you to the right direction breakfast was really poor
Hotel was small and authentic morrocan.
Needed some refurbishment in placed.
The Kasbah was beautiful and traditional and very friendly and relaxing place to stay. Really quite away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech itself but easy to get a taxi from reception and 30 drive
Nothing about the hotel itself. However it is difficult to find and Google maps will, if your driving try and take you across a bumpy mud off road track. My advice is follow the N9 and then use sat nav from their.
If any one want to book room in this hotel i let u know its to far from the city. When i book taxi from airport and on my way to hotel i think i am kindnapped so plzz be careful not any single facility there.
Nice staff, free shuttle bus to and from town.
Bad smell in the room and the hotel compoundStructure needs major restructuring. The smell causes discomfort .. and the management needs to do something about it urgently before the whole system breaks down
Breakfast was nice. Room was clean and the place has a pretty cool traditional look
Like others have said, it depends on what you like. Personally I don't like feeling stuck, and there wre a few things that made me very excited to leave! Some of these included no busses or taxis, other than the taxi arranged by the hotel double the rate and will only take you to the city centre. There are no restaurants around and no food or drinks so you're handcuffed to their food which luckily was very good. There was no wifi in my room and as a student, this was a big deal for me. When I approached the manager, he insinuated that I should just deal with it. The place was very dark and not a welcoming vibe. So thankful I only booked one night
I loved the whole aesthetic of the place. Such lovely staff, the most friendly and helpful people we could’ve asked for.
It’s a bit out from the city except if you have transportation sorted. The shuttle into town twice a day is genius.
It was close to the waterfall & sold beer. Fabulous pool. Night time meal was great upstairs with traditional Moroccan music & dancing ladies, it was fun.
Beds were far too hard, however it seems that’s normal for Morocco.
lived up to my expections, croissants, traditional imsm, moroccan tea and jam, yougurt ect. served with smiles and kept under cover from flies ect, very fresh
nothing, im very pleased with my visit. I'm a student and to me this was a 'treat', and i feel my money were well invested. also nice energy and beautiful venue.
This is such a cute little place, absolutely beautiful in it's charm, it's dark, cosy authentic and as rural as you can get. The staff are super friendly but not overly friendly so you are left to your own devices. Food was good, easy and quick. We ate here most nights, breakfasts was mostly cakes and pastries with coffee, teas, juice. Room comfortable and charming with AC separate loo /shower area. It really is like the pictures. Was super clean, didn't spot any ants unlike our previous hotel. It's quiet of you want a real escape this is it. If you want 5 star treatment this isn't the place for you, but what you will experience is the true character of a very rural rhiad recommended for two or three nights visit.
Liked it all, was a shame that spa area wasn't really up to scratch, but it's off season and as a rural venue I don't think they do enough treatments to have super skilled spa /treatments that you'd expect. But had a passable massage but not life changing as I have had on holidays before.
This place is beautiful. Traditional style so if you like modern sparkling places ,it's not for you.Not an extensive menu but food was excellent and well presented.Staff were lovely and rooms were traditional in style and comfortable .
Everything in this property is exceptional!! We loved it. Would definitely stay again there. As for transportation, If you have a car, it’s not far from the city, it takes you 25-30 mins. They even provide a free shuttle. All staff are very friendly and helpful, you feel you are among family. As for the location, very peaceful, very quiet and you’re surrounded by a great view, birds and beautiful weather. Five stars 10/10 for cleanliness and tidiness. Staff cleans on daily basis, not just the rooms, the handrails, the doors, the windows everything inside outside. The rooms are spacious and very authentic. The food is really nice, and the best is their Moroccan tea wow!! Even if you arrive late at night, the night staff will welcome you with warm heart and a big smile asking how was your day. You can access a very clean pool too and enjoy a breathtaking view to the dessert and Atlas mountain from the rooftop. You can speak Arabic, French and English. A well spent holiday and worth booking. We had a lovely wedding anniversary. A special shoutout and a huge thank you for Hicham and Mehdi.
To be honest I liked the atmosphere. The Moroccan artisans, place and staff was perfect helpful I support this kasbahRegards
Absolutely nothing everything in place, warm host ,I look forward back again Thanks
