I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and not welcoming at all, which made the experience very unpleasant. I also forgot a shirt in my room, and when I called the next day, they denied having found anything. This raises serious security concerns. Moreover, they do not respond to messages on Booking, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.Update: Right after my review on Booking, I received a call from the hotel manager to understand the issue, and he promised to conduct an investigation and get back to me. Once again, it is not about the shirt or a forgotten item that bothers me, but rather the attitude and how customer service handled this matter with negligence.

Great room. Excellent customer service. We enjoyed the half board fid as well.

nothing to say other than disapointing

the beds were so bad and not comfy at all, i had to ask for bathroom towels for 2 days in order to get them, over priced and honestly i was a worst experience and ruined my honey moon.

Room heater was useful when it got cold in the evening.Helpful staff.

Roof terrace was closed.The location is little too far out from the centre. Have to get a taxi as it's too far to walk.

The hotel was EXCELLENT. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were large, bed supercomfortable. The food in the restaurant really top!

The property is currently undergoing fairly extensive renovation with limited facilities including the pool and eating areas.Some noise due its location adjacent to residential areas and renovation work.

I liked absolutely nothing.

This is not child-friendly. The food was not suitable for my children and they did not appreciate my feedback as they screamed right in my face. Even though we payed for the dinner, we never had it and we still never received compensation. The gym and spa were not available. In addition, I booked a room for 5 people, and they only gave 2 double beds.

Staff were great. Always helpful. Sun roof was good

The accessible room I was assured of by phone, never materialised. Moved to a larger room which truthfully was no better. Toilet was broken (continually flushing and had a leak!) reported and the leak was fixed promptly but not the running water. No point in discussing access as they really didn't want to know.

Old furniture, bath tub in toilet was so old that the materials around the sink hole was fading and leaving plastic materialsThey never gave towels, we had to ask them, for us four family members they gave to bath towels and 2 mini towels

Hotel location is perfect, a short walking distance from the main busy road. Taxis available at anytime and cheap. journey to the main busy El Fena is appx 12 minutes , cost us £4.00 - 40/50 Derham. Hotel Staff are amazing, helpful & friendly Particularly Amal who advice you of the best places to go and get deals. she is an asset to the hotel. Also have to speak about the Professional Restaurant manager Rahali, the smile never leaves him. extremely polite, tactful, & friendly. Does his job and much more....loved the Suite with double basin and huge balcony with Jacuzzi , we didn't need to use it having the lovely pool on the roof with the bar there too.when leaving on our last day we felt like they are saying goodbye to family members.

Would have liked international food along the Tagine so the choice is there, when you had enough of the traditional food. Note that you have to pay for still water/coffee , even when your package includes dinner or lunch, its not much, just for £3.00 & no free jug of water with ice - while coffee with your breakfast is available and its included at no extra charge.Occasionally a smell of sewerage appears on some roads, as its common in some countries just for moments. still isn't very nice.

The staffs were exceptional. Amal, the reception staffs, the domestic and kitchen/dinner staffs are so warm and friendly. Always with a smile. The room we stayed was spacious, cool and comfortable. The meals are very tasty and fresh with lots to choose from. We'll surely stay there again.

The smell of the sewage around the hotel can sometimes be uncomfortable. The towels are very clean but worn and needs replacing.
