To be honest nothing

Its bad experience at this hotel front desk lady has attitude and bad service The fist day we supposed to check in at 2 pm they make us wait till 6 pm Swimming pool is dirty Ect..... Bad experience

The location of the hotel was amazing. Almost in the city centre. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The staff are welcoming. The Room size is large

My room was a little bit noisy as it's near the main Street.

We choose the Imperial due to location and price. To sleep just one night and catch the train next morning in the near train station. It works for that matter.

A little noisy, but tolerable. Nothing dramatic. Maybe the excitement for the African Cup of Nations.

It was good to stay for a night

Sink was choked,water was yellow in colour from the faucet/tap

We are experiencing clogged bathroom drains, and the towels provided are in poor quality. Given the price paid, the overall comfort and quality don’t meet expectations, and we kindly request that these issues be addressed، and The elevator is out of service.

Amazing location and literally 3 minute walking distance to the train station. Amazing restaurant literally next door and shops and cabaret and bars around the corner.

This isn't a 4 star Hotel. Imagine a room at the Red Roof Inn. Then lower those standards. Asked the front desk and the concierge to help assist with calling Air Morocco in regards to my delayed luggage and they refused and were worthless. Telling a guest at a "4 stat" Hotel to take a taxi to the airport to talk to baggage claim is an unacceptable and inhospitable solution in any country.

There are shops and restaurants nearby

Wasn’t clean staff tried to overcharge day 1 not flexible booking gave us 2 rooms while we needed one only 2 double beds accommodate the 4 of us couldn’t cancel the other room

Not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 1, I felt like I was in a hospital, minus the cleanliness, not soundproof at all, I took some pics and let them speak for myself. Made the rezervation on booking, but the pictures lie a loooooot.

Very clean and Hanan, the cleaning lady, was very helpful and HONEST. I left my wallet in my room 418 and she retuned it

There was a store right beside the hotel and they have most of the things you needed.

No coffee machine in the room. A bottle of water was not there in the room.

Location extreamly good 7 min walk to the train station . 15-20 min walk to jamae lefna, plenty restaurants and cafes near by

Hotel was priced reasonable and it was situated in gilez which is in the center. You can walk out to all the shops.

The location of the hotel was very good and the room was clean.

The bathroom was very old style and broken in many areas, particularly the toilet flush did not work, bathroom shower head was broken. There was no tea facility in the room, which did not make any sense for a 4 star hotel.

Friendly staff room very clean and organised taxi to airport spot on.

Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room and the shower could have some mould remover sprayed around the shower head and in the corners.

staff were friendly, but facilities were dated. Some basics were not fixed, i.e. toliet not sealed, holes in the hallway ceilings, holes by power sockets. Marks in the bathroom floor.

Very bad experience the window was broken so it was cold all night the beds are not comfortable the elevator didn’t work and the tv didn’t work either

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the service and cleanliness were outstanding, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable. Honestly, I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t have a higher rating—it truly exceeded my expectations.Special thanks to Hassan at the reception for his professionalism and warm welcome. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Bathroom dirty no kettle no iron

Very much needs a lick of paint and more. Cannot fault the price or location. Them working there are lovely. If you need anything they are able to help. That said, it does very much feel like the Marrakesh branch of the Fawlty Towers
