    Pros +

    • Could not ask for a better staff. Hotel employee are fantastic to deal with.
    • Property was very unique and clean. Nelly was a great host and very informative.
    • Very good location Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff that made us feel so at ease for our first time in Marrakech. Good sized room with tea facilities. Everything felt very clean. Airport Transfer seamlessly organized.

    Cons -

    • Nothing, everything was terrific.
    • Our only complaint was the shower wasn’t very user friendly but it is the style of shower in a Moroccan home.
    • Like most riads the property is down a side street that can seem intimidating but once you are there it is so easy to get to the souks and we felt safe. The outdoor area was smaller than it seemed online, and we weren’t sure how to use it (ie no towels were given to us, or the space explained etc)

Staff was great ! The owner Nelly is very welcoming ! It’s located in the center walking distance to the whole Medina . Loved our stay

Well kept Riad, nice facilities, very friendly & helpful staff. Very quiet at night which was a nice bonus considering the business of the centre. Really appreciated being able to organise airport pick ups/drop offs through the Riad as well.

A few noisy neighbours as the walls aren’t very thick but you could get this anywhere so not a deal breaker. The meal we had there on the first night (arrived late) whilst good, felt a little expensive in comparison to the other food you can get in the city.

Breakfast is okay , a fresh juice , some local bread , eggs and jams and honey and warm milk , all u need to start a wonderful day exploiting the city of Rabat , I would return tomorrow !

not a lot of, I enjoyed is very much , the people working there where lovely I, I hope one day soon to return :)

The staff are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. The Hammam experience was wonderful and I felt marvellous afterwards and still feel the benefits a few days later. Top quality products applied by expert hands. The supper served in the dining room after was delicious too.

The property is located right in the centre of the Medina just a few minutes walk from Jamaa El Fna which is a buzzing place to visit but the streets leading from it are narrow and crowded and you will be pestered to buy stuff. It can feel like “running the gauntlet” but it’s all part of the experience.

I just stayed at Riad Vanilla Sma and Spa, and I can honestly say it was an extraordinary experience! The place is enchanting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet, perfect for a peaceful rest after a day of exploration. The design is impeccable, with carefully crafted details that make the environment truly special. The breakfast was prepared with so much love, each dish was a delight and the perfect way to start the day. Nelly provided us with many useful tips on what to do and see around, making our visit even more enjoyable.A special thanks to Cheir (I hope I spelled it correctly), who was always present, super helpful, and ready to assist us at any time. His attention and dedication are truly commendable!I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Marrakech. I’ll definitely be returning!

The location is excellent. It's right in the middle of the medina. A very short walk from the main walking streets. The host/owner is lovely. Gave us a lot of info about Marrakech and made us feel welcome.A pleasant breakfast was served every morning. It was too carb heavy for our tastes but it was still beautifully presented. We enjoyed starting our day with it.

The bathroom was rather impractical. It is part of the room and it's not separated by a wall. These rooms are not suitable if travelling with friends! You'll be using the bathroom in full view to the rest of the room. Also there was no shower curtain for the tub/shower, making is hard to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.Note: there is no car access to the property. You'll need to carry your bags for 10-15 min or hire a trolley man.

Nellie was wonderful - gave us a great introduction and plenty of helpful information. Had a great NY Eve dinner at the Riad - and wonderful NY celebration with some of the guests and the staff.

    WIFI was spotty.

This Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, tucked away down a small alley way. What a great place, the interior is lovely, great room with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We met Nelly, our host. She is a super friendly French lady who offers some great advice on where to eat/drink. We had the best time here.

    nothing, it was great

The room was beautiful, staff were great and the mint tea was the best we had!

The jacuzzi on the roof wasn’t working and this was a selling point that we really missed!

The service was excellent. This was our first trip to Marrakech so we didn’t know the city much. However, all the staff provided useful information so we were able to enjoy our stay safely. Especially, we highly appreciate Mr. Marouane. His support was extremely amazing. Thank you so much.

From the beginning, the riad, Nelly and her staff did not disappoint. Infact, staying at the riad just made our stay in Marrakech all the better.Arrival tea and chat with Nelly where she suggested what to do, where to go, eat drink etc. She was there to help us book dinner reservations, taxis etc. We had a hamman and massage at the riad which was excellent. Breakfast on the roof terrace was perfect. Security was great - front door locked at all times and only opened by staff.

Nothing. How all stays should be. Friendly and a nice small riad feel, yet not too small.

The property was really beautiful, well-kept and clean. The staff super friendly and welcoming. Nelly was a perfect homeowner, welcoming and helpful, gave the right advice and valuable information about our vacation. Also the guy (whose name I can't write down) was super nice. Great breakfast served in the tranquility of the terrace. Spacious and clean room, really nice.

Excellent breakfast on the beautiful terrace. The staff was incredibly freindly and attentinate. From breakfast to fantastic good nigth sleep because of the mattresses and pillows.

Everything was fine and we will be back very soon with freinds.
