Location,outdoors and parking

The restaurant manager said that I¿m not allowed to bring food or water from outside. Hotel rules says no outside food or drinks allowed. I apologized to him because I didn¿t see it when I was booking also if you get a standard room good luck with the AC.

The staff was nice.

It ilshould be a 2 or 3 star listed hotel. Ac went out in my room power went out numerous times.

The locations was amazing close to everything

The A/c was not working ! the room was at at 30 degree we couldnt sleep. We called the concierge 3 times they didnt care less , they said they will send someone 3 times but never did and the second night we stayed there we have 2 simple beds instead o

The room is completely outdated I seen ants all over the place. The same breakfast every day

The location was very convenient, the hotel facilities overall good and for a really good price!

The staff is friendly however they are not into proactivity, they would not go extra mile.

The facilities, the closeness to the city centre, the breakfast, the pool and gym facilities.

The wifi cut out a bit for me on the phone but on the laptop was fine. There is no shuttle bus available anymore which should be updated on their Booking.com page (it was one of the primary reasons I had booked the stay).

Good location close to Menara mall and some restaurants in the area.Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were OK, we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. The garden was really beautiful and to us it was the property's main asset.

The carpet and some room furniture are in need of update.

Breakfast was ok. The security was good.

At first they gave us a small, dirty room, and after we complained the manager changed the room, but it still didn’t have a king-size bed. There was no water bottle, no kettle and the internet connection was very poor.

The location is great. Very quiet resort and neighborhood. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Everything was outstanding.

Few things didn’t work locker box in the room. Should have coffee in the room and tissue paper box.

The location is amazing, the pool area was great

The room was really old, ac didn’t work at all! The shower was old and flooded all bathroom, the products supplied for bathroom were low quality.

I have stayed in 4 star hotel in Morocco, this was not! Old furniture, no drinking water in the room(you can buy for 2,5 euros in the bar), no electric kettle, no hair dryer. (We were provided later, but if I didn't ask, there was none of these in the room)They should have all inclusive possibility!Maybe booking.com made the price so high, but it wasn't worth the money we paid!

Good location 10 mins from the airport and Medina.

Uncomfortable bed, small dingy room, decor is without care. Food was not great, and we saw a server pick up a fork off the floor and put it back on a set table.

We arrived at the hotel early. Unfortunately, the reception staff made us wait in the lobby for 5 hours... because the clock had not come... We were very tired after a 10-hour journey... They could have given us welcome coffee or tea... The biggest deficiency of the hotel is that there is no official who welcomes and helps its customers. Despite that, on the last day, Mr. Abdulaziz prepared a package breakfast for us because we left the hotel early. Thanknyou Abdulaziz
