I didn’t like anything about that establishment

the lady in morning at the front desk was not polite.Room was way too small and cold.Place is ancient and very small.I didn’t have anything to put my clothes not even a table. I spent 5 days and no one came to clean my room.I paid for meals in advance, only to find out it was limited.

The central location

The staff somewhat “entitled” attitude or particularly the lady at the front desk. You almost feel like she’s doing you a favor when giving you the key to the room, no “welcome”, no “smile”. Very unwelcoming

Absolutely nothing BUT if I had to say something it would be that mattress was on hard side for my liking

Breakfast is very poor, restroom is small and don’t have any hanger to hang yr clothes, wifi is so weak, I have only one towel for 3 nights, no cleaning Dirty and very poor facilities

The staff were good!

The room did not meet my expectations. It looked very different from the photos and lacked even basic amenities. It’s clear they haven’t invested much in the rooms—for example, the TV is extremely old and very small. You can't even use simple apps like Netflix on it.When I first entered into the room, there was a strong smell of bleach "Javel", so I had to open the window and step outside until it faded!The shower was a major disappointment. I tried to take a shower at night, but the water was super cold, and I couldn't get it to warm up, so I had to wait until morning.Additionally, the room was quite small and didn’t justify the price. At this rate, I could easily rent a small apartment on Airbnb with far better comfort and amenities.

The staff was nice and polite.

No Internet in room ATT ALLl,even they website said is high speed Internet. Couldnt connect Tv ,because wasn't Internet.The toilet and shower was literally in the bedroom. In the middle of the room was stone wall not untill sealing and no doors just curtains. And when one of us was sitting in the toilet you can hear and smell everything, that was gross. All the water from shower was sprinkling on toilet seat. Mattress was very hard and in the breakfast wasn't very much to choose from (boiled egg,soft cereal, pastry,bread ,vegetables, and Marroco breads. )

Good location not far from the 19 bus stop. Basic but good value with breakfast included.

Breakfast: they should improve their breakfast, as we stated 5 nights, and they served the same things every morning, as well as low quality breakfast! And they should have a sign to tell other guests to be quiet at night! It was a bit noisy sometimes!

Nice simple room, that had everything you needed. Stayed cool during the hot days

Gnats and fruit flies even after I sprayed the room. Bad WiFi. Bad aircon. Bad lighting. For 5 to 10 Euro go to Blue Sea or Hotel Ravine much better. Then they try and force a cash payment saying the machine don’t work which it worked yesterday.

Location is excellent and bedroom was clean. Shower pressure was good.

The bed was rock hard. We were disturbed significantly one night when a guest threw something through the window of the room next door. We did not sleep but aside from this we found the hotel noisy at night and light came through the front door window which was also disturbing. Breakfast was limited and stale.

Gorgeous roof terrace. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good service. Very clean.Excellent location.

Good location- near shops and tourist attractions. stayed in a Moroccan style room which I didnt really like as it’s too dark for me. didn’t know they have modern ones. cleaners were the ones who smile a lot which I appreciate esp it’s rare in the city.

could have coffee/kettle in the room. just manage your expectations- it’s not a 3 star EU standard. but couldnt complain with the price. still would recommend.

- The location.- Very clean

The lady at the reception was very rude person,without any knowledge of the proper manners of welcoming guests and not worrying at all about their stay despite the fact that owners are making big effort and investing a lot of money to ameliorate the hotel services.

Cost, great for a short stay and for budget accommodation.Location which was close to where I wanted to go to and some fabulous restaurants, I also felt secure.Man on the desk made check in a breeze, and gave great customer service.Room was a basic studio with plenty of storage space.The place is clean as its always being cleaned.I would return for a budget short stay.

The room and bedding smelt of cigarette smoke which was off putting.At night there must be a bar nearby as they were going strong until around midnight, absolutely belting songs out live like there literally was no tomorrow, I wouldn't have minded if I knew the songs, or if the singing was even good. That said I only stayed one night so not sure if this was a one off.

Clean and tidy. A really well-maintained place. Nice location close shops and other amenities. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff spoke English and were always attentive and helpful. I on fact left / dropped one of my favorites things after checking out, but they found and it and waited for me to come and collect. Solo travelers or families alike should feel comfortable staying at this place.
