Riad & Spa Azzouz

This riad experience was excellent all the way around. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the food was excellent, the room was totally adequate...roses in vases, scattered rose petals, fluffy cotton robes in the spacious shower, even had Netflix!

If you can't climb a few stairs, this might not be the right choice for you, however if you can, the meals served on the rooftop terrace are delightful.

Ahmed was very supportive helping us with the luggages shifting from Property to the Parking Area. Food was basic but very tasty

I lobed the hotel so much , it was clean , smells so nice , great location and very nice staff

Beautiful hotel with big rooms and great breakfast (one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at the many riads we stayed at).

Bathroom was a bit small and had no ventilation. Riad is in accessible only through small and VERY dark alley. Long walk from taxi drop off area.

I wouldn’t stay in this riad again, and not recommended. We ask the personnel to help us out with the AC to see if there

Our stay in Riad Azzouz was excellent altogether. Before mentioning the most impressive element of our stay, I would like to positively mention the cleanliness, the breakfast, the inner courtyard and the rooftop. I would be remiss if i did not mention that this riad is somehow of an Oasis in the middle of Medina chaos (the good type of it, but chaos nonetheless)Now for the piece of resistance, we were absolutely impressed by Yassin, our do-gooder in all that was needed for our stay to be remarkable. He helped us with reservations at a fire show and dinner in the desert, advice on how to get around the medina and where everything is positioned, some tips and tricks on how to better negotiate some of the prices and pinpointed for us where some of the best museums, shops, restaurants and car rentals are. All in all, our stay was a very memorable one and if we come back to Marrakesh, this is the first place we will be looking for availability.

This riad was a great place to stay in the Medina. Close to everything. Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and very accommodating and friendly staff. Lovely roof top deck & main level sitting room. We booked the transfer from the airport with them & glad we did as the first time in the Medina can be overwhelming. Would definitely recommend.

Location, staff, facility, and the food was exceptional. Close to the medina and easily accessible after a quick 10 minutes walk from were the driver left us.

Nothing except the air conditioning was barely sufficient. Probably understandable considering the temperature was 37oC

Location was great, in the Medina and perfect access to all the shops, restaurants and la jardin. Soukaina was great, she for sure assisted in making my trip to Marrakech amazing.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, the staff were so helpful and friendly and it's a great location for exploring the slightly less hectic parts of the Medina

The riad was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent.

I booked two rooms with one having a very nice salon. My problem was with the air conditioning in the larger bedroom. The staff tried to fix it, but it never worked. The heat and humidity was oppressive that night, but no solution was given.

This is a gem in the middle of the market. You go through a small alley way into this amazingly beautiful place. The staff was amazing. The spa service was great.

Very clean, with nice rooftop terrace. Our room was well heated for winter nights when we stayed. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast too!

if I had to pick something it would be the bathroom was a little tight maneuvering with 3 guests.

This riad was amazing. Not only does it look beautiful, but the staff are phenomenal. Mona in particular was so friendly and accommodating. She became a new friend to us and she helped us with everything we needed (including tours, taxis, etc). In addition, the Moroccan breakfast every morning was delicious! Mint tea and every food you can think of, served on the rooftop terrace. I came with my family and we will all be back!

This riad is so special. The staff were so accommodating and thoughtful. They made our stay so comfortable and were so helpful with making reservations, ordering cabs, etc.. Of all the places we stayed in Morocco, this was our absolute favorite. I will be staying here every time I come to Marrakech :)
