no coffee in room. no toothpaste of toothbrush. no slippers.The breakfast lacks of variety.

I liked the swimming pool and the buffet for breakfast.

The hotel staff were very nice, but I dislike the women who served for hammam in fitness and indoor swimming pool. They should realise that guests are coming first time, should give a proper information of their service.

Riad style within a hotel space.Large pool and nice selection of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pool cleaning was a bit erratic and on occasions carried out during the day. Not what you need at 43c.

Location super, architecture is fabulous, the place is heaven

This gorgeous place is managed by some staff who are not up to the limits guests would like to see . Some of the staff are getting to close to me in a way that’s annoying. Other things are small pitfalls due to staff abilities to comply with such a beautiful place . Mr.exécutive manager pay attention to the staff , bring someone who do there job properly. Some of the peoples working there are destroying your business.

Nice hotel with great valueof money, warm welcoming, clean And very comfortable room, big swimming pool, tasty food especially at the breakfast and also at the dining restaurant, warm atmosphere with good vibes at the pool area, DJ Drinks and food, I can't just describe how was a lovely experience.. This was one of the most spectular hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful, the beds were wonderful. The location is excellent with an amazing view of the swimming pool. The restaurent snack bar and pool were exceptional. I would stay again!

It's an amazing experience when I choose to stay in Jaal Riad. It's clean quite and high prestige hotel and staff very friendly and kind all of them.

The property was clean and neatly put together.

The air conditioning was bad and wasn’t cooling well, in both rooms I stayed it.

The vibe overall is for young adults and that’s good. Quite at the night.

The DJ start from the morning around 10 AM. I believe it should start from 12 pm. My room was in the front of the pool and unfortunately we can hear the DJ at the room.

I injured my foot pretty bad on the fountain at the entrancethere were no warning signs or anything and when they learned i was injured nth was offered even No alcohol to clean the injury or wrap to cover it it was a deep injury caused by the manhole in the fountain ground

There’s not enough space to write all of the positive things about this property. I went for my birthday andthe staff helped me with celebrating by decorating my room and with a cake. Very beautiful! The resort is absolutely breathtaking and I loved every moment. The spa was a nice place to relax and the massage was amazing. I would go again and I recommend this place 100%!
