Riad Utopia Suites And Spa

Clean, nicely decorated room. Food and mint tea were amazing--some of the best in Marrakech. Also great spa services. But best of all was the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and always trying to make your stay better. I still visit this riad in my dreams!!!

I loved everything about Riad Utopia! Honestly not one thing I'd improve.

Ahmed and Mohammed were wonderful! Very helpful. We were the only parties present at the Riad during our stay. It was peaceful and the staff was attentive. Ahmed was very helpful with last minute assistance for our plane ticket.

While walking to the Riad, prepare yourself for children "assisting" with finding your Riad (there are multiple Riads in area) and requesting compensation afterwards.

The staff was nice , breakfast was abundant and good quality. Pool seemed clean and pleasant. The room had everything in the booking.com description.

A few things needed fixing but the staff tried to fix it asap. It was difficult to find but that is normal with all riads.

Great location and the staff was very helpful. Delicious breakfast and our room was as described. Thank you Soufian and Mohammed for your hospitality! The hotel cat Julie is also a sweetie. Loved the sunset view from the terrace.

The beds were kinda hard and at one point we didn’t have water pressure for like 30 minutes. The room was small but we booked a small room.

It located in the old city. Las Medinas. But if you want to experience the old city this is the right place

The bathroom was out dated to me, especially the bath tub.

Red stain on the double bedOn the first day, we were allocated to a temporary room. The single bed was not clean (had food crumbs) and the bathroom did not have a shower (shower head only). The location is via a dirt path accessible by foot only. Safe but smelly in parts (not the hotel’s fault, but noteworthy).

Good breakfast, nice rooms and quite central.

Not an area that can be used in the evening as one can hear everything in the Riad from the rooms. We were a group of 6 girls, so missing a place we could hang out in the evening without being so quiet

The staff were all excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Other people have mentioned the alley way but I think most of the riads are located in one. The little Riad has everything available from food, drinks and rooftop, spa and a little pool. We arranged for airport pick up and drop off, hot air balloon ride and ordered a bottle of wine. All very limited but available if needed.

I would say all facilities functioned well but just requires a bit of a revamp with rusty parts in the bathroom and doors which are hard to close.

Quiet, peaceful and stylish place. Friendly staff. Area can look a bit dodgy when you arrive but it is 100% safe.

Nothing I dislike , but if If have to say anything, needs some maintenance, water taps, electrical sockets, door knobs....

The location, even though it is still a good 10 minutes walk form the medina. There was a nice rooftop

The property is dated, the room smelled and was not clean when we arrived. The shower head didn't stay in place, there was no curtain around the shower and the water temperature oscillated between freezing and boiling. The "pool" had a strong smell of chemicals making it impossible to get in. You can hear other guests conversations and movements around the property, not a very relaxing stay unfortunately.

Great riad tucked away. Very nice staff and personalized service. Karim was wonderful and we appreciated his flexibility in organizing an early breakfast for us since we had to leave early. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice! Rooftop deck is a great place to hang out at night.

We loved this Riad in the old town of Marrakesh. The location was great, just a short walk to the main square and there are plenty of little shops around. The facilities here were great for a short stay and we spent our days here on the rooftop area and using the swimming pool. The staff here were amazing, very helpful and incredibly motivated to ensure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I would recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Marrakesh!

The only slight drawback to this Riad is that the windows on the rooms had no glass and faced into communal areas. You can close the shutter, but it meant that you could hear some of the activities of other guests.

The Location of Riad is great Nest to dar elbacha and also only 14 min far away from jamaa elfna. The staff are amazing and helpful a big thanks to mr karim and Mohammed for their Professionalism .

Staff very kind and warm: they let us have a swim with our friends that stayed in other Riad next to us and let us have dinner all together in the terrace. This place was quiet and dreamy. The room was wide and confortable. Really wonderful breakfast!

Maybe the location is not so central and I would not suggest to girls to go around all alone by night
