    • 1- Beautiful and quiet location. 2- Very clean and tidy.. and all staffs are very polite and helpful.3- very clean private poll with good lighting.
    • Stunning boutique oasis away from the hustle & bustle of Marrakesh & the Medina. We ventured into the Medina 3 nights out of 4 and the peace and tranquility when you return is perfect. Beautiful rooms, amazing pool area with loads of space around the comfortable sun beds. And some of the biggest & best doors I’ve ever seen in a hotel. More suited to a James Bond villains lair, but in a really cool way. Loved the hotel!!
    • The hotel was lovely - amazing pools, lots of sun loungers, shady spots and spots in full sun. The room itself was incredible, with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee and a lovely private garden area. The stand out was the staff, who were so friendly and helpful and who remembered us. We had a great recommendation for dinner in Marrakesh and they organised very helpful taxi drivers. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

    Cons -

    • Perhaps a little more proactive service around the pool for drinks & food. But I’m being super critical as the service upon request is exceptional.
    • No complaints they e hours their stay very much
    • Location isn't fantastic , not that you'd know when there, but a great free shuttle into the centre

Wow! This hotel is amazing and the staff are wonderful. They really do go above and beyond, it's the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everything is beautiful and peaceful at this hotel. We had an amazing, spacious, comfy room with a lovely view and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The communication with the hotel after booking was great too. We really appreciated the free shuttle into the centre of Marrakesh as well. We can't wait to return!

Lovely and quiet boutique hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotels shuttles to and from the hotel to Medina were so useful. The hotel is about 15 minutes out, which wasn't too far. Actually I found it perfect to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the Medina, although in the future I may opt to spend 2 nights in a Riad. I purposely chose this hotel for its closeness to the Medina however the tranquility of a hotel with a pool. Hotel is still in an up and coming area and in a few years there will be many large luxury hotels and resorts in the areaOwner was lovely, met him on of the days. Mint tea available was lovely. Breakfast always fresh and relaxing, staff attentive as always. For 2 nights we didn't eat in the Medina, but chose to eat in the hotel and the food was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Linear drains in bathroom cause a drain smell in room, despite regular cleaning by cleaning staff. I have a linear shower drain at the home so I have the same issue. However, multiple air fresheners in the room to compensate which some may like, however I don't like the chemicals in fragrance/air fresheners so I was finding myself unplugging them every day

Beautiful hotel with pool amenities and spa. The heated pool was invaluable in the mornings when the sun was still shy. Food was delicious and they catered to international tastes. But the most wonderful thing about Sirayane was the staff. They were always kind and ready to assist. We felt very welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend.

    Nothing, everything was great.

All the staff were very polite, courteous & friendly. The rooms were great. The varied facilities. The free shuttle to and from the city centre. Being able to order taxis so easily. The cleaner got to know when we were at breakfast and cleaned the rooms quickly and efficiently.

The food was not to our liking so much.

Absolutely loved staying here from the moment we arrived. We were so looked after and everyone was so friendly. It’s located about 15-20 minutes outside the Medina and you will certainly love retuning to the hotel after the busy hustle and bustle of the markets, motorbikes, spices and carpets! The pace here suddenly goes down a few notches and you feel relaxed and ready to have a glass of Prosecco and a fantastic meal. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I stayed here with a my best freind we were on a girls trip for 4 days. The shuttle takes you in and out of the medina free a few days a week which makes life very easy. Otherwise they organise transport for about £7 each way. Lovely clean room overlooking the pool. We stayed in a twin executive room which was lovely. I’m one of the fussiest people ever about accommodation and I truly cannot find anything negative to say about this fabulous hotel. A great find and little bit of oasis just outside a very busy city but close enough to get back into it in a matter of minutes.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel.

Stayed here 3/4 times now, really like this hotelLovely big rooms (unfortunately mine this time did not have a view room 105) Nice bathrooms & dressing area. Most comfortable bed ever! Staff are always lovely

Beautiful spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool. Good shuttle bus service to Marrakech town centre.

The coffee machine and kettle at breakfast! Think a five star hotel should serve decent coffee or tea in a pot.

This hotel is great: absolutely clean and comfortable, with a warm and friendly vibe. All staff were exceptional. The bar offers banging cocktails. The restaurant menu is sufficiently varied that we enjoyed lunch and dinner there daily for our four-day stay. The cuisine is very, very good.

We initially thought the mattress might be too firm for us, but it proved to be comfortable and we slept really well :)

Had a great experience and will return, if we come back to Marrakech. The one outstanding thing here was the service level, all people we met, from pool team to hotel manager went out of their way to suggest things that we never considered but realized we actually needed/was helpful and considerate. And basically no misunderstandings or surprises occurred, which being in Marrakech is extremely unusual. There was better service than most 5* in Europe, basically. Few examples: They upgraded us to be able to stay close together as a family of 4 (with two teenagers), they delivered breakfast to our rooms on the day of departure (very early in the morning) never thought of that, I didn't enjoy the coffee in the breakfast buffet (nescafe, i believe) but they brought coffee from the espresso machine in the bar instead at no extra charge, small things that really add up.

As a Scandinavian, beds were slightly to the hard side, i enjoy a bit softer. But everybody who has travelled Southern Europe has tried way harder - Italy and Spain, looking at you! :-)

Fantastic staff, great room, good gym. Great pool and poolside space, poolside bed/loungers were so comfortable. Worth repeating how excellent and committed the staff were. I am tough to please but I really liked this place and would definitely go back.

Being picky... a couple of things needed some upkeep. Shower design was flawed (it flooded every time), the pool has some loose tiles. It is a way out of town...

The hotel and facilities were incredible, and the staff were accommodating and extremely helpful. There are 2 pools, one adult only, which we really appreciated at different parts of the day. The shuttle service made getting to and from town very easy, and the ability to book taxis at reception saved a lot of hassle (although you do of course pay for this). The hotel was very clean and well air conditioned. We had a great time and would gladly return.

Not a negative on the property, but just be aware that the hotel is about 15-20 mins drive from jemaa el fna, so you will rely on the shuttles in/out and you will need to plan your days around these unless you want to pay for taxis. They are fairly regular and a comfortable drive, and in our opinion it is worth it to stay at this hotel.

We stayed at the Sirayane hotel for 10 days, our first time in Morocco, only 15min from the Medina with free shuttle schedules. There are 4 key areas in assessing a hotel:1. Staff hospitality and engagement: rarely have we met such a friendly staff which quickly recall your habits and anticipate them, be it drinks or you prefer more or less spicy, certain veggies or even a preferred table. Our 2 year old son was treated like family, entertained, spoiled with treats and this best summarises the feeling you get at the Sirayane, its like a small family making you feel as close to a home as possible. Special shout out to Salah, Adil, Yassine, Marouane and Said under the watchful eye of Anas, the director in charge of Food & Beverages.2. Room cleanliness, bed and linen quality: our mini Suite was impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable and linen high threaded/soft. Regular cake treats and water were left in our room.3. Food & Beverages: a great place to start your Moroccan cuisine journey! The breakfast buffet is copious and for all tastes, enough sweets or salty for either preferences. For health/sport oriented people there is all you need. Lunch and dinner have both local dishes as well as Morrocan, I recommend the Lamb Tajine with figues, as well as their couscous!4. Facilities: within the very green garden you will find 3 pools, one heated, one large with shallower depth area for kids and another L shaped sea water pool for adults only. The pool staff is very responsive to customers be it drinks, more shade from the sun or even kid toys left by former guests. The small gym has all you need. There is an ATM outside, which is convenient if you are less confortable withdrawing in a crowded city. The Spa is a treat, the massages are of great quality, with a staff which has a broader skillset from Kinesiology to Osteopathic. Special thanks to Amina for the great oriental massage.
