Pickalbatros Golf Club Suites

The hotel buildings and gardens are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the reception team is very friendly. Every night, there is an activity for children and families. The food was good.Staff are friendly, very fast responsive

The selection of non-alcoholic beverages is limited, with no mocktails or quality juices. There is ongoing construction at the hotel, and some buildings are closed.

No iron in rooms Lighting is poor Drinks are poor

The live the facilities and also staff her great upgrading me to a suite for me bday!!

The staff were exceptional, Nouro Edine and his team made us feel very welcome. A credit to your hotel. Great event at new year (maybe slightly pricey) but thoroughly enjoyable. Golf course excellent and facilities excellent.

Room service menu was limited. An outdoor pool at the golf would be an amazing addition. Coffee pods were hard to come by.

They tried their best as some things are in the management hands and not the employees l!

There is no international channels and are very limited. Secondly, the suite in the wall was coming off and smelled like humidity.

The Clubhouse was nice- but very quiteThe golf was below expectations as it has not been maintained.

The surroundings. The next door resort was being renovated - the area is not maintained…rundown. The food in Club House was not nice!We left a day early (only stayed one night)No pressure in the shower and semi cold water (room 1003).

Location nice and workers kind and available

Golf and associated services….late, no accurate really not at expected level

Kind staff , reactive to requests

Breakfast service at the club house was not great. Tables were not ready, service was slow. Waiters are kind and polite but do not listen well and get orders wrong .

Very attentive! This was a little escape so we stayed in the hotel for most of it. All staff were very attentive! Loved the fruit bowl on arrival and one of the staff members always topping up my nespresso pods

Beautiful setting in a calm oasisThe rooms are beautifully decorated and high quality The staff are incredibly helpful and kind

walking distance to access the gym and breakfast hall wasn’t interesting. Poor services at the golf club. Poor Inter communication.

The location was fantastic and the food and service were excellent. Brahim on the front desk was absolutely fantastic and we had come from another hotel who had lost our passports and Brahim was very helpful and called the consulate for us and spoke to other agencies for us.
