I was with a tour group of 11. Staff very attentive. Breakfast excellent with lots of fresh fruit & pastries. Hotel centrally located.
Very good location close to the tram sop and great for exploring downtown Casa . Good rooms with good ventilation

Cons -

Its style is dark and dated which isnt our style . The breakfast is average and the staff are ok but not particularly warm and welcoming . That said the lactation and price is good , so we would stay again
