It just if you took breakfast in the balcony aerea they forgot about you, like coffe you're the one who should request.

The peaceful elegance

The jets in the pool dominate when on to the point where swimming is difficult. There needs to be designated shut off times for jets so swimmers can exercise comfortably.

Spa....was hard to find time available time, therefor couldnt use it all...that was pritty surprising, coming from Estonia where we have lot of spas and entrance availability is never on issue. Probably your spa is too small and limited space. Breakfast very OK, but not enough space and hard time to find every time available table. Fitness very OK. Few more equipment and it would be perfect for the hotel quest, as i am a regular fitness center visitor.

Staff at the breakfast was top, the view from my room and caffeine free coffee ☕ was available, 2 thumbs up :)if you love nature like i do, this is the best place to stay :)

I was let down by not have much varieties and the breakfast was in another building i wonder in winter season:( room size was a bit small for me and bathrooms update would be nice.

The style and elegance, combined with traditional Finnish history and art and architecture.Making luxury feel could easily feel tacky or superficial, but everything from the decoration to selection of music in restaurant was done with great taste.Breakfast was perfect too.Unforgettable stay.

Absolutely fantastic views to the archipelago. Manor is rich in history. Spa centre was great, too.A very relaxing, elevating and nourishing experience all in all.

The booked room didn't match the photos from the booking list at first. But the staff members were helpful and nice; the room was changed to match what had been initially booked and paid for.

Even though staff in the breakfast wasn't the best, the food was superb. Spa was very well equipped with nice Saunas and Jacuzzis. Food in the spa lounge was delicious as well. We had plans to go to the city center but ended up staying the whole day there.

Staff at the breakfast was a bit rude since it was very crowded, we only had coffee after we finished eating. In the spa pool, there were kids throwing water everywhere. What should be a romantic relaxing pool with my partner became annoying because the parents didn't look out for their kids.

The staff is very cheerful and friendly. I really liked the breakfast! There is a lot of variety to choose from to suit your own tastes.

The place is a perfect combination of modern in the spa hotel and tradition in the old manor. Amazing view to the sea and spa with a lot of facilities! Staff were really friendly and room was big, clean and comfortable with perfect view to the sea! Spending New Year at Haikko was amazing experience!

Working time of restaurants (kitchen)and facilities could be extended when there are a lot of guests.

The location and the manor house were magnificent, the views unbeatable.

The heating system in our (intentionally picked deluxe!) room did not work at all: one radiator was lukewarm, the other one cold. (The outside temperatures were -10 C!) The staff provided us with a tiny mobile radiator, which was way too small to heat the room. We stayed in a cold room for two nights without a repair crew to assess the situation. The spa was okay, but the pool was too small for swimming. The two shared saunas - an infrared sauna and a steam room - were a little too cold, and a shared Finnish sauna missing.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Spa was clean. But water temperature in hot baths was definitely lower than declared.

Room was a bit cold - max 21C. It looked a bit tired, worn out.

Room with a sea view was great, breakfast area superb, and quality good and serving as well.

SPA area small and not impressive, we expected more. More vegetable options on breakfast would be beneficial as well.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel! And the best part was that the breakfast was until 14:00. The setting and the old manor building are gorgeous. We were staying in the hotel side which as a building is quite ugly but the facilities are great.

Amazing breakfast, best eggs I have had at any hotel. Morning sauna is a nice bonus and overall the location is just fantastic!

Wonderful location in the woods on the coast of Finnish Gulf. Historical town Porvoo is in proximity. Huge and with well landscape territory

We stayed for 9 nights and expected much more pleasant stay.Absence of normal nowadays services on leisure resorts, i.e.: rental of e-bikes, bikes for kids ( we've been with a granddaughter of 9 y o).There is tennis court, but no ball and rockets for rent.They have their own harbor, but we failed to hire a boat.Same was with our wish to arrange fishing - reception staff can't recommend us anything!!!They are badly informed even about their own facilities. There are NO concierges and porters at all!.

Such a beautiful hotel! We had an exceptional dinner and really enjoyed staying in the old building. The grounds are gorgeous.

During our trip to Helsinki we decided to have an overnight stay at the hotel, use the spa and have a massage as well. The hotel is located in park land and a beautiful setting. The staff on arrival were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. We were able to checkin earlier than expected and the room was perfect. We used the Spa which had everything you could want and was not too crowded and helped us relax before having our dinner. Food was excellent and the service very good. Breakfast was a buffet and had everything that you could want with efficient service and friendly staff. Our massage was very good with experienced and expert people. Overall, we would recommend this hotel as it provides a peaceful, tranquil and very enjoyable experience.

We had no bad experience at all with anyone or anything at this hotel.
