Overall, just a great hotel - clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, nice/clean sauna - checks all the boxes!

The breakfast was very good, close proximity to Porvoo, very easy to walk around the town without a car. Close to a grocery store as well. Easy base for day trips.

Hotel is on a great location, beds comfortable, staff helpful and a breakfast was delicious.

It's not up to the hotel - but if you have a window opened seaguls are really loud. But if the window is closed - you don't hear them.

The bed sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. By the time I noticed reception was already gone for the day. There was women’s hair in the bed and in the bathroom. The photos don’t look anything like the actually hotel. How dare you charge 160€ for this disgusting place. Shame on you

Very convenient location, one or two ninutes walk from the bus station and about 5 minutes walk to Porvoo Old Town. We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Travelling with a friend, we found the twin room spacious and very comfortable. We had a nice one-night stay at this hotel over the weekend. The hotel also had a sauna, which was a nice addition to our stay and made for a relaxing experience. The location was very convenient, making getting around and exploring the area easy. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, it is a pleasant option for a quick weekend trip.

Very central location, comfy beds in a clean room, good breakfast. Staff were very friendly, check-in and check out went both smoothly.

Noisy room, there was some kind of HVAC ventilation or something similar that was quite loud. Also, the hotel does not really have proper bicycle storage, would recommend thinking of that. Frame locking bike racks could be provided for example in the parking hall.

Centrally located & a good breakfast. Staff was nice.

No AC. HOT. No Kleenex, no ice machine.

Location is perfect for walking the town.

No off street parking but it is in the centre so is to be expected.

The room was very warm, it was mid 20’s during my visit. There was a fan in the room but it served to just blow warm are about.

The hotel is small and cozy, good beds, nice room temperature and very good breakfast.

We would appreciate an extra roll of toilet paper in the room.

I did not go to breakfast as I was going to an early meeting at another place with food serving. I was happy with the possibility to make tea/coffee in the room, and also pleased with the help in storing my luggage at the hotel after I had given up the room. The central location suited my needs very well.

Great location to get anywhere in Porvoo. Breakfast was fairly basic but well done. Polite staff and no hassle. Large room size with basic comforts but everything was working very well.
