The hotel amenities were very good- the two swimming pools were clean and had comfortable loungers and the gym had lots of cardio machines and weight selection. The bar and restaurants were very nice and the front desk staff were excellent. The room was very comfortable and the laundry service was very reasonable.

Staff were great … facilities were good. Location was good. Good entertainment.

The food was not great and didn’t have a variety. Price is steep and does not include breakfast.

After trying multiple Airbnb's and having horrible experiences, I found myself checking into Latitude. Their impeccable service and amazing staff, caused me to cancel my other Airbnb and stay with them for the duration of my work trip.

They charged me extra $20 for late checkout yet I had informed the staff at the reception but the manager on duty insisted on charging me.

Very nice hotel with lots of local style an decoration, the rooms are spacious and there is a good bar that has a lot of movement in the evening next to the pool. There is a good Spa and Gym.

Bed mattres was very hard be sure to request room with the type of mattress of your preference. There are a lot of people visiting the in the common areas during the day so not much privacy in the pool area.

We both ordered breakfast at the same time. Mu husbands breakfast came soon but mine only arrived after he had finished his, and only after asking the waitress. She apologized and said that the power went off and the order was not picked up by the kitchen? I feel that a good waitress will keep an eye on het guests and she should check that all is on order. There were only 4 other people in the dining room!!

The downstairs bathrooms, by reception had dirty fingerprints all over the inside of the toilet door. Clearly not been cleaned for a whileI also find the basin in the bathrooms too small and when you simply wash your hand the whole surface area gets wet, including all your toiletries.

The hotel is very nice, decoration is amazing. Staff is friendly. The gym is a gem! and massage were very good.The room is nice and super big, also the bathroom.The breakfast is very generous (you get to choose from many different options in a menu)

The restaurant is nice, but the food can improve.There are 2 pools but nobody seems to use it. We were the only ones in the pool, and feel some kind of uncomfortable using it. People there were SUPER DRESSED (even during day, not only at night), so have this in mind if you want to have a chill day at the pool with casual clothes (like we wanted). Despite having beautiful gardens and two pools, it doesn't seem like they're aiming for people to spend a day sunbathing on the lounge chairs next to the pool (because there aren't any hahaha)We asked for a car to the airport, but it is crazy expensive (for Zambia prices), we took an uber instead, much cheaper (although without AC).

The entire property featured a unique and exceptional design. The room was peaceful and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

The bathroom lacked proper separation, so the entire area would get wet when taking a shower. Adding something as simple as a curtain would greatly improve the experience. Regular maintenance also seems necessary, as our sink was dripping. On the bright side, although the wait for food was quite long, the dishes were absolutely delicious!

very basic, limited options

limited options on breakfast. The Thursday , Friday and sartuday, there was so much noise from the other hall, I think one was a church.

I like the ambience but didn't find enough spaces that weren't catering business people. The lounge bar area was inviting but it was predominantly set up for people working. Upto 6 seater areas were often occupied by 1 or 2 people.

This was our second time to stay.Accomodation was great but restaurant disappointing.Dinner was mediocre my wifes steak was tough and poor quality.Breakfast also disappointing and service poor although plenty of staff milling around.Attention to detail has definitively slipped.Beautiful accomodation and location let down by poor attention to detail at restaurant and breakfast offering.

I love this hotel! Beautiful decor, lots of different areas to hang out, very cool art all over the place and a very relaxed vibe. Excellent breakfast, very clean pool, lovely gardens. Huge very comfortable family suite - would happily stay for weeks

The views over the gardens are reserved for the communal areas so most rooms look out at the perimeter wall but not a major issue as so many great places to chill in the communal areas
