The hotel is truly pet-friendly, and thank you for the bonus from the pet store. Thanks for providing us with an extra bed. The breakfast was quite varied; I especially liked the dessert with quinoa.

The floor in the room and in the shower was not very clean. Overall, the entire hotel is rather worn out.

TIRED!

The hotel is desperately TIRED. Awkward smell in rooms and floors. Front desk NEVER answers the phone.

Location provides access to city and the sights. The staff was very cordial. Free parking was nice, and the lot makes for easy access to rooms with luggage.

The double bed in room was very small. A bubbler and coffee in room would’ve been appreciated. My partner was not satisfied with breakfast

Many rooms were too hot; too many guests had to be moved to a cooler room and the hotel was fully booked

Rooms and entire hotel needs refurbishing. Standard double room bed was really narrow, more like a single bed, one side of the bed was against the wall. Overpriced for what it offered.

Everything was great: the room was clean and big, for breakfast we had a lot of choices and it was delicious! I recommend it, we were students and we really enjoyed also the facilities, such as sauna and swimming pool. We had also sauna in our room, really fantastic!!

The breakfast, the location only I would like to add a heating machine to me, it is very important!

Nothing in particular. Breakfast was acceptable

1. Temperature and humidity. The room was very hot, definitely few degrees above outside (after a sunny day in the summer). The 'AC', once turned on, just slowly blew warm air in and didn't improve the situation for hours. Why not open the window? Because the handles were missing (visible on the photo). If the window can't be opened at least make sure the AC is working. I was sweating while laying uncovered on a bed in nothing but underwear. It was really late at night and I didn't have the energy to go to the reception and try to get the handle.2. Cleanliness. On first look everything is good. However, the action of sitting on a bed created a small cloud of dust visible in the sun. The worst part were the curtains, moving them created much more noticeable dust clouds. Coupled with the impossibility of opening the windows and poor ventiliation it made the air dusty for quite a while.Overall, this is an experience that maybe would be ok on some super budget option where the deal is suffering to save money, but the price was a normal €140 for one night.

food was excellent, staff were extremely friendly and understanding. our Finnish is very basic. Minna who worked in the bar area was very attentive. The location of the hotel is ideal only being a short distance away from the rain station and the bus depot

The breakfast was good quality and offered many choices.

The room was smallish for two persons and the bed very narrow. Loud conversation from somewhere disturbed the early hours.

Disappointing

The room was extremely simple. I was on the 2nd floor and was unable to see out of the window. The TV only turned on and off by pulling the chords in and out of the socket. Breakfast and location was ok.

Great location, in the heart of Mikkeli and just a few minutes walk from the train station. The bathroom was modern, nicely equipped and super clean! The breakfast consisted of a large offer, including many vegetarian and some vegan options.

The heating in my room was not fully functional. Quite a problem at -25 °C outside ;)

The hotel is located in the center, close to some shops and few restaurants, it has a pretty good and varied breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very outdated, including the check-in and check-out process. You feel you arrived in 1975, the room does not have any heat, so you can freeze when outside it's cold.

Good location, clean rooms and really good breakfast! I was so happy to see there was turkey bacon available, that’s a luxury for someone who doesn’t eat red meat.

Check in was kinda rushed. The line wasn’t bad, there were only 3 people - including me and the receptionist seemed to have fire burning under her feet.

Free parking behind the hotell (need ticket from the hotel). In the middle of everything.

Central location.

Price/quality relationship. No bedside table. It looked as if a single room had been forcefully turned into a double room. Messy breakfast room because dirty dishes were not (sufficiently) collected and taken away during the breakfast hour. Extra charge for espresso from the self-service coffee machine in the lobby.
