Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast very tasty and fresh.

The room was very spacious and the air conditioning was powerful enough.

Scandic apartments is excellent place with family. Kitchen is good equipped. Breakfast is excellent!Staff is very helpful and nice and remember guests very good. Definetly returning here when visiting Savonlinna.It is a bit pricy but well worth the money!

The apartment was very nice and clean. The beds was super comfortable. The administration was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was very good and it was fun to walk around and look at the bird houses. There was a nice bar on the back street that had locals playing their music that we enjoyed. The castle was also an interesting visit and unfortunately we did not have time to visit the nearby museum.

We had an apartment that was a couple of blocks from the Hotel. The room was great and had everything needed but we just needed a hotel room and that would have been better for us in this instance. We did not need cooking facilities etc.

breakfast -- at the main hotel--was wonderful.We were very disappointed to discover that the apartment that we booked was in a different location. It was not fair and upsetting.

Let people who book kmow that their room or apartment is in another building

Well equipped and maintained

Only one elevator for six floors and 80 rooms is NOT enough. Long waiting for the elevatorBreakfast is served in a noisy ”school canteen” very uncharming - although the breakfast itself was ok

The pet benefit is superb and really generous! Our dog had a comfortable stay in the room. The staffs are so friendly, the food is great, and most importantly, we really love the view of lake saimaa directly from our room! Thank you so much and have a happy summer everyone!

This hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the train station which was really great. It was nice and clean, safe for a solo traveller, and also a handy walking distance location from the castle and a couple of other nice walking locations. The breakfast choices were good and the 12noon check-out time was very welcome!

this is a great location and a good modern hotel. the staff are great and it most ways it hits the mark. its just the leaking showers that spoil the experience.

The shower in the bathroom was badly designed and needed maintenance. bottom line it leaked all over the floor. a mop was provided so the problem was well known.

No lake view whatsoever. Total false advertising. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had at hotel Tott, didn’t even get to have breakfast at the Sokos restaurant. Staff were not apologetic and we received no refund or anything.

Very nice location and we were lucky to get newly refurbished room in 5th floor :) And not to mention lobby, spacious and quiet.

My assigned room was unexpectedly in a building which was quite rather far away from the named hotel main entrance, reception desk, and breakfast room. it was, in fact, around two corners and down one very long block away! This was especially inconvenient (having luggage). There was no hotel representative on-site at the remote location, and I wondered weather or not I was the only hotel guest assigned a room in this very remote building. Additionally, the hotel was conjoined with an adjacent obvious former hotel which appeared to be no longer operational.
