Everything was good.

Our room was basically without a window. View to the internal fun park. Would have liked to open the window...

Very pleasant stay overall. The morning breakfast was a great touch. There are lots of conveniences such as a gym and pool, plus and nice outdoor seating to relax in. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I am pregnant and told them before arrival they pushed the two beds together which was fine but my room was so hot I woke multiple times in the night and they gave me a room with no window that viewed onto the trampoline park. I had no fresh air. Something a pregnant lady needs. I went to the desk at 1am and asked for a fan they said they can give one or move my room and I didn’t want to be packing up at 1:00am! I was leaving early the next day too and a 1 night trip. So I was disappointed in my quality of sleep but they gave me a small tower fan which did something small to help me sleep.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious! The large windows/views just added to the dining experience. The pool was a hit with the family too

I was initially booked into a room with an internal view. The room was uninviting, dark, too hot and very chrostopobic. I could not stay in this room and had to request a move

Clean and wonderful hotel with everything available. It was my first time, and I will definitely return. The breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, and the place was child-friendly in every detail. The only downside was some noise at night, possibly because our room was near the corridor door.

I liked the size of the property and how much there was to do. So many activities, swimmingpool, hot tub, cold pool, gym, games, sauna, even sauna that you can reserve to yourself, because no saunas in the hotel rooms. Many restaurants and bars, breakfast was included in the room price as well was the swimming activities and hot tub, gym etc... For x:tra money you can do so many more activities, even ride horses and go golfing or even escape room. I also liked our room, i can't say anything about other rooms but we had the room 107, and it was really nice, and it had lot of space.

Our bathtub was clogged, it did not drain the water after we used it. I really did not like that connecting your phone to the tv was so hard that even we did not know how to, and we are 23 year old active phone and internet users! We tried to connect chromecast, so we could watch videos from my phone and that they would appear on the tv. We tried like 6hours to do everything and nothing worked, and no we did not ask anyone to help from the reception, so we have nobody to blame but ourselfs? Finally i kind of figured it out at the end of our stay the next day, you get a email when you reserve your stay, and there was some kind of information about a firm that provides the wifi at the hotel. You have to change the password or something when you are connected to the wifi with your phone, and after that you can maybe connect to the television. Your television and phone need to be connected to the same wifi. The television did not even have settings, so we could not even see what wifi the television was connected to, and could not change anything. That was really disappointing and kind of ruined our stay, because we could not watch anything what we wanted to. The hotel information is really brief, even on the app, that they say to load. Breakfast was way too early and very little timeline , it was 6.30am-9.30am. Normal person does not want to wake up so early when in hotel, at least when you are at the hotel to relax and on vacation. It should be available att least to 11am and the lunch could be like 12-14pm or even 11.30am to 14pm. we did not even make it to breakfast, and that was the part i wanted most?People at the reception vere hit or miss, some did not even smile, some were very lovely and kind☺️

The receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly and professional. He upgraded my room, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast area is very spacious, leaving a lot or room to enjoy a peaceful start of the day. The walk from the train station is easy and pleasant. I could not use the pool or other hotel facilities, which I plan to use a next time.

First of all hotel is hotel and everything else is completely independent buildings which have no business with hotel itself so be prepared when you check in on weekend by 3pm everything will close already 6pm. Besides that if you will want to bring kids to play, it is not inside the hotel itself but separate play park where entrance fee is starting form 12eur adult and more for a child. Not like they show in pictures that there is play park in hotel. Swimming pool is quite good walk from a hotel room and with small kids it will be a quite of a job. Then it is not hotel swimming pool but separate building with their own working times and closes early on weekends. After allthis activities be ready that there is nothing to eat for kids then pricey a la carte where kids menu consist from fries and nuggets ( overpriced) and plus u need to reserve table. I felt scammed by paying 169eur for just an empty room and left after 2,5 hours when kids was hungry and understanding this place is nothing like they advertise. Do not reccomend.

Tons of activities and facilities, breakfast was superb, nature trails and friendly staff

Easy to find, nicely in the pine forest, dogfriendly (dogfee was 30 eur per 2 days), lot of possibilities to walk with dog in the forest, peaceful sorindung, large room, lovely small bathroom, conformable bed and pillows, fridge in the room, quiet room. Parking is free of charge.

I choose the hotel as it had AC. It was more expensive beacuse of AC marked in booking. I regulated my room from 23 C to 20 C, nothing changed in 2 hours and room was hot. At the reception they said they have NO AC in the hotel only ventilation and it was not possible to lower room temperature. So they are deceiving people in booking by saying rooms have AC, there is not! There was no possibility to open window for night, so when temperature dropped at night room still tayed at 23 C. Openable window was coverd with ribs and moskito net so no air came in. Breakfast was rather poor and nothing special. Everything nearby was sold out. Real dissapointment that they did not have AC like they claim in booking.

Main restaurants on site not open on a Sunday evening - which was a surprise - so limited options... but just unfortunate timing on our part I think, nothing big!

Breakfast was fantastic and the room spacious, clean, guiet and stylish.

Room was with view to arena, not outside. But not all the room in the hotel are like this.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and I really like the layout, design and spaciousness of the property. My room was well decorated and equipped.

I booked my room several months early and the only rooms available were the more expensive deluxe rooms. Then a few weeks before my actual trip, I checked again and saw that not only had the deluxe rooms decreased in price, but that there were normal rooms available for much less. My room was on the first floor and its window was facing an outdoor seating area with music. Sometimes I could hear the music or people talking. It wasn't loud, but noticeable nonetheless. My room's bathroom was very nice but I think it can be improved. The bathtub is quite high, It would be nice to install a handrail so that people climbing in and out of it would be less likely to slip.
