Location is excellent and quiet room at night. However, finding the parking lot was tricky/confusing

All the staff that I met were really nice and helpful. I used the taxi every day and the hotel had a handy button they could press and the taxi arrived within 5-10 min. The room had a lot of space for one person and everything worked. There was lots of restaurants around the hotel and the hotel's menu seemed good as well, but I did not have time to test it.

I wish the room had an ironing board and iron, so that I could have tidied up my working clothes. The sauna and gym were open (according to website) so little time that at least a working person like me could not make it to either.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Bar was OK considering the state of the rest of the hotel.

The whole hotel needs a refurbishment. No car park signage. Main entrance is unclear on arrival. Not up to Scandic standard. Expensive for the property quality. Rooms are very 1960s, I couldn't even sit on the toilet properly because the shower screen was so close.

The location was great because I was attending a music festival just across from the park in front. I loved the cleanliness and quietness. Some of the staff were very nice.

No basic amenities in the room such as bottled water, heater to make tea, coffee. At breakfast there were only watery scrambled eggs. Not everybody enjoys that. I would have liked some basic fried eggs. We asked and they were pretty rude like "we don't do that here!" It was just a question. No real bacon either.Also my boyfriend got an electric shock from the juice machine when he pressed a button to pour which made him drop the glass he was trying to fill. He told them and they only looked at him upset because a glass was broken and dismissed his claim. They didn't do anything about the machine. At the gym I couldn't find the air conditioner remote. It was so warm there that I didn't get to do much and left after 30 mins.

Good choice at breakfast. Crowded at peak time, around 7 am, making it difficult to find a table. Sauna available (didn't try it). Located close to the train station. Restaurants and shopping centre nearby.

For the price, my bedroom was pretty spartan. I went from this hotel to the Hilton at Helsinki-Vantaa airport and paid the same price (admittedly without breakfast). The two bedrooms were worlds apart.

The receptionist who received me at that time and during my stay was welcoming and with smiling face; and also the lady in the kitchen/restaurant.I also llike the space of my room; homey and neat.The bed was comfortable. The restaurant: great place to dine in!The location of the hotel is perfect; just 5 minutes away from the train station and walking distance to the Finnish train museum and shopping centre.

Breakfast was great and in general staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend for friends who need a place to stay in Hyvinkää.Broken shower was fixed straight away after reporting it.

Restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Sauna times should be fairly distributed between men and women. Currently unfair. And possibly changed so that women could go from 7-10pm on each other day.

Location and good amount of rooms for large group occupancy. Reception bar open late.

Did not change all towels when left on floor. Would have to request from reception. Reception however friendly enough.

Too overpriced for the room and breakfast quality. Good location.

The breakfast was OK. It was possible to eat earlier than normal. Me and friends had dinner once. It was good.

Breakfast food was great, even tapwater was delicious. Towels were soft. Bed was very comfortable. Adjustable AC, good airflow in room. Big and spacious room. Mini-fridge was cold.

No kettle in the room, windows don't open.

It’s clean, comfortable and in a convenient location for the railway station and for the event I was attending (Steelfest).

The nightclub on Saturday that goes on to 04:00, which is not good when it is just a few metres from your room; it’s way too loud.

Very noisy ventilation, which cannot be turned off, so very hard to sleep. No toilet brush, no shoe spoon.

Breakfast was good, no complaints there. Was not missing anything in my personal view.

The customer service lady was projecting pure negativity, she wouldn't listen and talked over me multiple times and it came to the point where I had to explicitly confirm which one of us was speaking. This was very difficult for me because I am a non-confrontational person and I was tired. I stayed nice and polite throughout the situation but as a paying customer I was leaps and bounds ahead when it came to politeness. Such terrible and utterly ridiculous behavior and lack of patience is something I have never experienced in my life and I have visited more than 400 hotels. Adding to this, it was the smallest misunderstanding possible but the lady wouldn't take 5 seconds to process what she was being told. But, worst of all a few hours later when I came to the hotel with a relative in order for him to check in the lady had gone and there was an older man as a receptionist instead. He had an attitude as if he heard a false version of the previous incident with the lady. We came in and said hello and good evening to which he gave a sort of grunting noise response. We filled out the personal info paper and said thank you, he did not respond and as I repeated the other guest and said again THANK YOU SIR, he pretended to not hear and just looked at his lobby screen in silence. This older couple is the utmost disturbingly rude experience I've ever seen and there will be no way I will ever visit or allow any traveling friend or family stay at this place and I have many visitors from foreign countries. Other Scandic locations have been just fine and professional, this one was very disappointing. I could not believe how they were behaving, I hope this issue will be dealt with or they go out of business. Disgusting.

Ideally located within 5 min walk of station along the main throughfare in town. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms a decent size with good overall appointments.

Looks a little tired from the outside, other than that; nothing.
