Graskop Hotel

The hotel is so nice and it was not my first time to visit I like the place and the staff are so friendly

Everything is fine but the issue is for not having a bar fridge in their rooms.

Value for your money. Friendly and caring receptionist and staff. Delicious foods.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a garden unit room located in manicured grounds. Security was excellent.

An option for a refrigerator in the room would have been nice to have.

Perfect nights stay on way to Kruger. Close enough to the panoramic drive to come back for dinner and a nights sleeps. We were impressed with the restaurant and bars. Top quality food and atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly.

The garden was beautiful. Their breakfast is really good. Also like the fact they have a bar within the restaurant.

Limited dinner options, no bar fridge in the room to store out drinks like water.

The hallway was very noisy, the room itself could have been cleaner (Carpets), but ov erall we were happy,

There's not exactly a wealth of options in Graskop, and I believe this is going to be the best of the bunch. The rooms were decent, as was the breakfast and the bar.

The staff were not the most welcoming and friendly bunch, but I wouldn't call them unpleasant.

In a very convenient location

The Shower had no Door and drainage is very slow.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with easy parking. Great location right in the Graskop town. Within walking distance to restaurants. Will book if I am in graskop again

Privacy was exceptional and the fact that the staff was always very helpful.

No bar fridges and microwave, even though I understand that the hotel is not self catering.

Location was good. Breakfast good. Bedding interms of sheet was hard. We prefer soft sheets but it felt like paper. I don't know why. The colour combination of color scheme in the room was not my favourite

Lovely stay, clean rooms, but the family room needs a little tlc. Awesome staff and great value for money. Check out the Italian restaurant down the street, lovely pizzas.

The wonderful staff Feels like home

The lady who help us check-in was extremely helpful. She helped us with the routes of attractions. I give her a star. The place was at the centre for us.

In our room one side light was not functional.

Room was modern and well maintained. Nice garden and pool to enjoy if it's sunny. Spotlessly clean. Centrally located with a good restaurant if you don't feel like walking to one of the other restaurants. Also offered good vegetarian options. Breakfast both buffet as well as picking an a la carte option.

1. There are no lifts and one of us struggled as she had an injury. 2. The parking is not enough

Very, very friendly and happy staff :) You can see that they like their job!! The lady from the bar put on the fire, so it was very cosy... thank you.And a young man offered us to clean our car. Thank you for that!! Good job... well done
