Log Cabin & Settlers Village

The room was nice & kept clean

The bed needs to be changed, it was old & uncomfortable. The bath was old and uncomfortable to wash in & no proper shower. The were people walking around and talking very loudly next to our cabin which made us feel unsafe, as we did not know if it was other guests or intruders.

The property was very secure. We felt very safe at all times.

The room was a lil dusty. Found a giant spider hiding in one of the window curtains. Disappointing because it felt like the room was not prepped prior to our arrival.

Location is good ,that’s all to like . There was not breakfast ,there was no WiFi, The receptionist was not available at all when we needed assistance. Of the staff at the facility we only saw the receptionist briefly on arrival.She wasn’t very pleasant ; ,just gave me the keys to the room and left all to us to find it.

I liked the accessibility, cleanliness, the good attitude of the staff, warm welcoming although we were late they were patient we like to appreciate for that ? thank you so much

We were feeling very cold . Your blankets are very light I think you may have solar heaters on the walls

The location.

The dirty swimming pool and the carpet in the bedroom. Some of the windows didn't close property. The chalet needed a bit of tlc.

Location and the cleanliness.

Unavailability of the housekeeping services.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to assist. We had a great time as a family and is close to a lot of attractions.

Shops all around walking distance.

Lots of noise and when you go for a walk the people want to sell staff to you all the time. The place is in town and no scenery.

Everything went well and i liked what i saw. safety its fine

what i did not like about is that we had a wifi problem at house no.11 we struggled to connect cause the network was not reaching us

The location is close to most places for vacation and around town where you can simply go buy what you need at anytime. Pool is there unfortunately due to weather conditions we couldn't use it. Wifi awesome ?

Reception was friendly. Cabin was nice, but needs upgrading. Great location!

Wifi was terrible. Water pumping into cabin very slow, takes ages to bath. Alcohol disappeared when cleaning service came to clean. Stove was not clean. Toaster didn't work.

The pool needs repaint, didn’t swim as it had some black dark spots

Not having aircon nor fan as at some point it get hot inside the room

location: greatpool: goodwifi: didn't usestaffs are helpful.Room pictures should be updated, old tv was already replaced to LCD.

Facilities are old and didn't have maintenance and upgrading properly. Especially bathroom.No fan / air conditioning is the biggest problem when hot,

Loved the pool, cabin and the property itself.

Pavement had green algae

It was self catering,the location is perfect

Wifi need to be improved, it only connect when next to the pool.I couldnt connect on the 25 December 2024 for it was raining the whole day.

The fact that the is no WiFi in the roomsNo iron available for guest Old tv’s

Stuff was off but the owners were fantastic. They on hand to help with everything. The place has the facilities you need, clean and it’s nice and cosy for a short stay. Close to sites of interest and shops.

Next to the main road. Bedrooms are carpeted which makes it hard to clean as a result they have a musty smell. Bedding on the additional bed was not clean. Check out time too early.

The room and Kitchen were very clean and spacious.

The swimming pool was not clean.
