great location and staff

Hotel is very nice and it exceeded our expectations..they allowed us to do early check-in.Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we will visit again.

The location, the service and the breakfast were really good

The cleanliness and the service were good. One thing that stood out is that for only R$50 the hotel provides a shuttle service to a nearby island.

A lot was wrong. The most important thing is that you are watched, thats right. The hotel has two very odd mirrors in the room hallway and one placed specifically in the shower, we felt this is very disturbing and out of place as it’s a complete violation of my privacy as they are most likely two way mirrors to record you, there were also very weird electrical installation above those mirrors.The insides of the microwave was in horrible condition as you can see in the attached picture.There were also a lot of marks of humidity and the side of the fridge was rusty due to humidity aswell.Both of the tvs are ancient and belong in an antique shop.The bedsheets has holes in them (tiny but very annoying) and they had a lot of little balls which were also very uncomfortable and can cause itch.Since it has a small kitchen area, an electric kettle would be a great addition.

Everything was fine the hotel was very comfortable and very clean. My only disappointment was I thought it was close to the beach.

I was expecting it to be close or on the beach. Because of the name I thought it was on the or close.

Beware of the "good" pictures and reviews. It's all one big scam. The toilet is clogged, the breakfast is terrible. Overall experience: a total letdown. Deserves a 2-star rating - maximum. Watch out - you've been warned!

The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable

The elevator did not work for one of the days

They don’t have restaurant service anymore. It’s unbelievable that a hotel only offers snacks for lunch or dinner.They stopped having a private beach nearby. They instead take you to an island that is Pousada Vitorino, but they depart at 10AM so it’s impossible to visit it the first day as checking time is after that.Just stay in Ilha Grande or any other island. The hotel is not worthy.

Location

Our AC was leaking and they never fixed it. The rooms were not in the same conditions as the pictures. The facilities were old and in a bad state.

The beach is a few blocks away

Good location and good size to each apartment. Overall served as an overnight before Ilha grande. Parking was also good. Breakfast was functional and had an excellent cake selection for breakfast

Aparentemente are a little dated.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Appreciated the valet parking and the secure garage with 24/7 staff presence. OK location in that it was close to a few decent restaurants and across from a really nice park. The hotel took us to a great beach day on an island free of charge, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Not close to the beach or any significant landmarks - located in the middle of a residential neighbourhood with a school close by and noisy students walking by during the day.

We stayed in a room with a balcony next to a tree, a small kitchen, and a seating area with a comfortable sofa. The internet connection was fast. It was easy to get an Uber to go to the pier from which we got a boat to Ilha Grande. The hotel's location is quiet, a little bit off the hustle and bustle of downtown Angra. Good parking space.

Location, breakfast was ok

We had the two room suite and it was terrible. Very small. Not even a chair or a table. It had a kitchen but no cutlery pans or working appliances. The staff would also not give us any and was unhelpful generally. The pool is also small and the gym has no air conditioning or useful equipment…

The outstanding quality of the breakfast available as early as 4am, the car parking service professionally provided, the selection and quality of buffet dinner, and last but not least the service of the reception staff.

Hotel situated in a good position of the city.Excellent reception. Amazing staff.

Gym fit was not so good. It need some updates.Example a new tapis roulant.

We love everything about the property. The location is perfect. it was at the center of everywhere we needed to go. From the shopping mall to the beach. Thanks for the free Christmas dinner on 24th night. It was superb. We’ll be back soon

I don’t like the fact that the gym opens at 9am which I consider very late. Gym opens at 6am to enable guest exercise a bit before taking breakfast.
