- The toilet didn't flush well, room was facing the street. Super noisy. Asked to change rooms the receptionist said there wasn't a room I could move to. Weird since the hotel was not at full capacity. Was not offered to pay more or anything. Just that he would call the cops. I was tired and just wanted to sleep...

Everything is good. The location is very close to the parque das aguas. There are heated and natural pool. The guys of front desk are very polite.
Staff was very polite. Location is great, it is close to the city square, restaurants, shops, and it can be noisy at night.
The noise. The apartment was not soundproof, so all the noise from the streets and other guests could be heard.
