Renewed and well equipped. Played card game in the play room.

Regretfully Break fast no egg, hot dog, hot plate.

Almost everything: comfy beds, pool, sauna, breakfast, location, etc.

The front desk staff could have been better trained in dealing with customers.

It's a vintage hotel from another era, spacious and well built around a social life that may be very different from today. The swimming pool is great.

The air conditioning in the room was only set for heating, not something useful in the extremely warm weather in summer. The staff was contacted and explained it would be part of a future renovation project. Still, that was an unexpected disconfort in an otherwise very pleasant short stay.

The rooms wasn’t clean enough the shower and bath wasn’t clean enough

Was hoping to use spa facilities as it is a spa hotel, but as it was a Monday and ai arrived late afternoon, they were all closed

It’s too old. The breakfast was not even good. Unfortunately, ir was not a nice experience.

great location, parking from front entrance was arranged.The Spa was lovely and we booked on both days of our stay.

Unfortunately the only bar closes at 5pm !!in fact there are more bars but these never open, along with the shops.The rooms tv had terrible reception and the hairdryer didn’t work as it only blew cold air.we had to go to reception to borrow a hairdryer which is not what you really want to do.

The location is close to everything, the staff is helpful and the food is great.

The facility is a little outdated but very well kepted.

Good breakfast, excellent location in front to the Parque das Aguas.
