Amazing Breakfast!

We stayed in this hotel twice. The first time we stayed on the 14th floor and it was great, newer room and great ocean view. The second time we stayed at the 9th floor and the room was older and smelled weird. Other than that everything was fine.

All the staff was super nice!! Great view from the ocean!! Great breakfast!!!

The only thing needs to be improve is the hot water pressure in the shower. I stay in the top floor maybe this was the reason. But definitely I will stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was amazing. I loved waking up to the giant windows overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh. I felt completely safe. Everyone maintained covid safety measures appropriately.

The room was big, great view. Hotel is a little bit old, but they renovated it, and it's not bad at all. I would stay there again.

Very good location. Fastastic breakfast but it gets too crowded and there’s no space.

The pool is small, without sun. Really disappointing. We booked for 4 days including New Year’s Eve and they could had told us the stage of the main public party of the city was in front of the rooms. We couldn’t sleep until 5am. I couldn’t pay online and since I booked it for my family and it was my invitation, I had to be there at the moment of the check in to do they payment. Quite inconvenient and not what you expect from an international chain.

It is stunningly beautiful. Across the road from a beautiful beach. Very comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff.

AAA location, breakfast buffet is 5 stars (huge selection and constantly replenished without anything running out) and the staff are so very warm and friendly. Beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Really good.

Good sized room in a central location next to the beach. Beautiful views and a clean and spacious hotel.

The staff were ok. Check in was smooth . When I tried to renew my booking from the phone in the bedroom I was put on hold and was told they couldn’t find my original reservation and that they would call back. They never called back and I had to go to reception to sort it out. When I tried to speak to reception about it I was completely ignored. Very unsatisfactory.

There was a beautiful ocean view, and breakfast was incredibly organized and delicious. The staff was kind, prompt, and professional, especially during the breakfast rush. The location is great, right in front of the Iracema beach. The rooms were perfect for our family!

The room service could be better. They were delayed, sent us the wrong food, no utensils. I understand, though, that it was around the holidays and the hotel was full, but perhaps some protocols (e.g., sending utensils with meals) could help.

Grumpy staff and a debatable security approach: After about 11 days staying in this hotel, a security guard wanted to know which room I was staying when I was about to enter through the main entrance. This is unacceptable, so I had to shorten my booking; from 16 to about 11 days. If you're a "non-white" visitor, I would search for a more friendly hotel.They say they're proud about their cleaness, but after I checked in, I found a smashed bug on the mirror.

Location at the boulevard

Second day we got a different room. But it was a wheelchair accessible room. Looked a bit funny for us. Long line for the reception during checkout. It was hard to reach someone for inquiries.

All that was included for the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked if they plan to visit Fortaleza, Brazil. I will use hotel again next year.

At this time there really was nothing that I can complain about. Free breakfast was fantastic along with the view of the beach. Air conditioning worked great and the shower was great too.
