Praiano Hotel

Everything they saved my vacation after I had to change my stay from a nightmare location. Praiano has the best staff, new rooms and great amenities.

Breakfast was good you have a lot of choice. The location is good.

Sometimes staff did not acknowledge us in the restaurants.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries.

Beautiful rooftop pool and bar with amazing sea view

The property is located at the heart of the city, with great access to the famous beaches, great stores, and amazing restaurants. The staff is also fantastic, always friendly and supportive of any questions.

That the roomservice was late, the bathroom had no hot water and the ceiling was leaking from above in the bathroom. Also airconditioning had noise

At the rooftop the waitress needs to be more attentive to the customers. Also due to the area is very hot weather, the a/c at the rooms needs to be more cold.

It was very noisy — I could hear the neighbors above and next door flushing their toilets, taking showers, and every step they made.I even had to go downstairs and ask the staff to turn off the fridge, which was extremely loud (it seems very old), simply because I couldn’t sleep.If you’re a light sleeper, it’s better to stay at another hotel.Complimentary water in the rooms and gym would be a nice addition.

Good location but the beach is not clean for swimming

The room was too small and bathroom needs renovation. This hotel is a 3 stars for American standards.

Good location & the Bellman Javier is awesome. Beach towels were nice.

Family room much smaller than shown on the pictures, room with bunk beads was a bit claustrophobic For this kind of hotel a bottle of water per guest per day would be a expected but is unfortunately charged

Dirty swimming pool

The location is excellent. However, room was pretty small and the smell of cigarettes in the corridor was unpleasant. The hotel staff needs some serious training. Check-in upon arrival was complicated even though we had done the online check-in. Restaurant staff was not friendly and most of the time rude within their answers. Hotel is great, but we could have had a better experience if the staff had better manners.

The location is perfect, the value is great, the staff was very helpful and the hotel's restaurant is probably one of the best I have been in my life. Indeed, I was hoping to know better about the food scene in Fortaleza, but the restaurant of the hotel was so good and with so many local ingredients that we decided to go a few times.

They offered a double-decker bus that in the end had a different time schedule than we expected. In the end all was worked out. But they are not even part of the hotel. Great hotel.
