Most of the staff were very professional and kind Location is excellent

The staff at the pool area were constantly on their phone and it was chaotic. The service by the pool during the day and night was very poor.

Location was fabulous, safe, convenient. Staff was very pleasant, some in particular. Saulo and Paulo stand out. The spa was good but not excellent.

The key card didn't always work in the elevator-often the floor light would go out and the elevator skip the floor.

The room are old and unkept. The bathrooms are dirty and very old. The hotel is in need of a serious renovation.

The hall is nice, confortable, nice piano bar, internet connectionworks everywhere perfectly. The rooftop with little swimming pool is extremely nice. Gym facilities great

To be a 5 stars hotels I would have expected larger room. I have a choosen a city view room, but there is a big flat few meters away from the window. I would not call it city view. The description should be real and it is not

Breakfast was everything I could ask for. Great variety and quality. Outdoor patio facing the ocean. The location was perfect right on the beach.

Great location, right on the beach in a less crowded area. The breakfast was outstanding, with grace notes like fresh honeycomb, passion fruit, and wonderful cakes and breads. Both restaurants (Mucuripe and Mangostin) were top-notch. The rooftop pool was a total delight, with amazing views and refreshing breezes. We particularly enjoyed samba night there with the live band. The free 21-speed bikes to borrow were a wonderful perk! The protected bike lane along the beach made it easy to get to the craft fair 1km down the road, and to watch sunsets from the jetties. In our room, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was luxurious. Lastly, the staff were all incredibly friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable.

We had trouble figuring out the room A/C: while we were able to control the temperature, we couldn't control the fan, and it remained very humid in the room no matter what we did. At the rooftop bar, the electronic music was generally too loud for our taste, making it hard to have a conversation.

I can't receive my receipt. The hotel said it would send and nothing. I'm trying to reach them by email and nothing. Bad communication.

Location and sympathy from the employees.

There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, for a 5 stars it is a big mistake. The bathroom floor was dirty with a bunch of hair.The bath area wasn't so good cleaned ?.

The Rooftop has been remodeled and looks fantastic. The view is stunning and had a DJ for the sunset. We had a pleasant day. Breakfast was pretty decent. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the food that we had on the Rooftop. We had a great time. Best hotel in Fortaleza for sure. Staff is amazing. Congrats!

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. All employees really very symphatic. Excellent breakfast, couldnt be better.

The quality of the restaurant doesnt go with the quality of the hotel. We had both dinner and lunch at the hotel, both both times not a good experience.
