Unfortunately, the quality of the room fell well below the standards I expect from Ibis. Specifically:There was visible mold in the shower, which raised serious hygiene and health concerns.The room door and walls were in poor condition, with clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance.Overall, the room presented a level of quality that was upsetting and unacceptable for an Ibis property.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Very accommodating staff.

I didn’t care for the shower in my room. The water fluctuated too much.

Updated hotel, expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Good location.

Not much

Very grim room resembled a prison cell, no pictures on walls and depressing colour. The corridors were like something from a horror movie very dark and filthy carpet. Bar didn’t sell glasses of wine only bottles.

Friendly and kind staff.

Sound isolation was not good enough. Noise (non-stopping heels) at the room upstairs before 7 in the morning after 12 hours flight was hard to handle. Why did they take the carpets out?

Location, clean, price...

Most staff can't speak English. Cannot do foreign currency exchange.

There was a problem with the shower, although it was available, the hot water wouldn’t work.

The restaurant was my biggest disappointment. There are only two vegetarian options and after trying both options multiple times I asked the rstaurant staff if they would modify a non-vegetarian meal by removing the meat. They would not do that. I asked to exchange the animal protein for a plant based protein or even an egg and they wouldnt do that. The hotel advertises the idea of eating in at the restaurant but fall very short of having adequate options for guests who stay longer than two or three days. Also the the zero flexibility policy n the restaurant is not very appealing.

Limited vegetarian food options in the restaurant and refusal to modify a regular meal by removing ainmal products from the dish.

great location close to the beach boulevard, excellent breakfast with lots of choices-tapioca crepes,fresh fruit, cake…

I would have liked an extra pillow and a blanket. It was a bit cold just with a sheet, even with the air conditioning on 24 degrees

the bathroom did not match the photos online. also there seemed to me some sand on the bed sheets when I arrived.

The location was excellent, just steps from the beach and kiosks and great restaurants. They offered a varied breakfast. A solid place to stay. A great shower!

The only coffee at breakfast was from a machine rather than freshly brewed. The room was simple, but nothing special.

The bed was very comfortable.

The whole building needs maintenance: painting, cleaning. The doors in the bedrooms had wood verms. I changed the rooms twice and the problem was the same. The windows were never cleaned I think as I couldn’t take a picture of the Purdue to the darkness on it.

It is right next to the boulevard.

The hotel is old! Urgent need renovation.walls are dirt -> needs a repainting. carpets -> needs to be changed smells like old!elevators -> are old and dangerous, never leave you kid alone in it.bathroom -> needs to be rebuilt. Bathroom door has termite!bad -> has a thin sheet! I entered the hotel room to find sea salt on the floor! cleanliness is not the strongest here. I don’t know how this Hotel is still open as it had no sanitary condition to operate.

Location is decent, breakfast was decent.

Room was a bit dirty, AC was loud, place was a bit run down.

Nice and comfortable room. And because the hotel is surrounded by building, you don't need air conditioning at night.The breakfast is good.

It is a bit expensive
