Hotel Luzeiros Fortaleza

Excellent location beach across the street. Many attractions and restaurants. Awesome staff and service. Very good breakfast buffet.

The location and breakfast are great.

The pool wasn’t clean and not well maintained.

Very well located, you can go to the beach just in front of the hotel, go shopping in the several kiosks nearby, and you can find lot of options of restaurants. They serve a buffet during the lunch and dinner, I missed local dishes and quality is ok, but if you are tired, it is a convenient option.

The pool is not heated and because most of the day stays in the shadow, the water is cold.

Friendly & helpful staff. I thought the variety of food at the restaurant lunch & dinner buffets was excellent. There were several salad & vegetable dishes and main course items were varied each day and very good. Exceeded my expectatons for a hotel restaurant/buffet! Breakfast was also very good and varied. It was a relief to have gluten free options at every meal.

Holes on the bed sheet, old pillows, old rooms, no parking availability, bad staff and to top it all up I found a cockroach on the bathroom. Worst experience ever, I can’t believe this hotel has a good rating on Booking

We enjoyed very much our stay at Hotel Luzeiros Fortaleza. Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfa

Me and my family only went one day this time, I stayed in Luzeiros years back, and it still have high quality. Very friendly staff, super breakfast.

Nothing to add.

Location is great. Breakfast is really good too. The swimming pool was nice.

Our room was a bit dated...needs some refresh. Mattress was not very comfortable.

Excellent property, clean, awesome food, staff friendly, super comfortable bedroom

Location, breakfast, staff. Amazing stay

Great location. Great breakfast. Fantastic neighborhood.

Busy elevators

The breakfast was nice.

The elevators were a horror movie night! You need to stay pressing the button while going up or down and unpress it when it arrives on your floor. Terrible.

I loved the whole place, very good location and facilities! Staff is also very smiley and ready to help.

The shower took a while to warm up but as long as you let the water running 10min before your shower it gets pretty hot.

Location and rooms and breakfast

Substandard 3 star hotel pretending to be 5 star

Rooms are ancient, minibar prices are shameless, maintenance is poor, breakfast is very basic, reception people are very robotic, dinner buffet hit or miss. Getting all that for the amount of money they charge - I feel cheated. I stayed in the same chain in Recife and it was everything this one in Fortaleza is not.

The environment, staff, and food are always exceptional. The staff especially are always quite helpful and kind. The room was amazing, and room service never let us down.

The AC control in the room is sometimes too finicky. And the water regulator is all over the place.

Good hotel for short stays in Fortaleza.

Their pool and gym are average.

Location, breakfast, view from the balcony and bed.

The hotel needs renovation urgently. Everywhere you look there's something needing repair. The rain water drained from the plants in the pool water would flow directly into the pool.

Location, clean, restaurants, friendly

The location is great. Breakfast are very good. he ocean view from the balcony is a plus.

I believe with very little upgrade in the rooms, like more decorations on the wall (pictures frame), fixing some of the furniture (in my case the desk and closet wood had a lot of scratches) and upgrading faucets handle in the showers will bring this hotel to a high 4****. But these are minimal and still will book back the hotel if the price is right.
