We loved the location, the on site bar, and the spa

The rooms were a bit small but still sufficient

Nice breakfast, very good location for visiting Røros by foot.

The beds were all to soft.

The lobby area is great for relaxing and the spa and swimming pool are excellent. Breakfast also a treat.

I didn’t realise that you have to pay more to use the spa and pool- it’s almost 100 NOK per hour. The double room is pretty small- but they did warn us about it and give us the option to upgrade at a cost. The hotel corridors are a real rabbit warren and do smell of the restaurants below- it would be good if they improved the extraction. Check in time of 4 pm also seems unnecessarily late.

Breakfast was excellent.

As we were staying for 5 nights I feel the room should have been cleaned every other day without my having to ask. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay and I had to ask, which I feel is not acceptable. The restaurant was very expensive!!

The room was not what I expected. Had bit of a smell and not super nice. Plus there was very strong sound and vibration like from the airducks or something (I am guessing from the restaurant underneath) which was not super relaxing.

Good room. Excellent small spa. We ate in the restaurant and had tasty 3 courses. Location great.

Lots of trolleys outside room (4) with fresh linens and bags on them. Felt like a service corridor.

Best hot tub ever. Stainless steel bottoms, water overflow seems to go thru filtration. Bubbles unlike 40+ hot tubs I’ve been in throughout the world. They go up from your seat and massage your thighs and all around you. Deep tub to shoulder. Spa is beautifully designed, tranquil with stylish lighting that is modern luxury and larger dry sauna than the luxury hotel Britannia in Trondheim. Very clean and peaceful. Beautiful furniture and comfortable. Had a very cold bath that you can dip in between. And a pool that also overflowed. There was also a steam room. And there were lockers and showers and unlimited towels. For some rooms on booking.com the spa access was included. The rooms were fine and generally clean. Location was great. Plenty of parking.

The carpeting in the rooms and the lobby can really use an update to tile or wood.

Very good location. Nice breakfast. The shower in the bathroom was good. Easy to check in and out (pin code for the door).

The free car charger did not work, the woman in the reception did not take any actions. A bad smell in the room, smell from the kitchen and the smell you get when it has been to much moisture for a long time.

Roros was a great place to visit and the hotel conveniently located to the train station and to the town. The view from our room was magical after the overnight snowfalls. The staff were very friendly.

The value for money wasn't there for such a tiny room and the limited selection for the breakfast buffet.

All except the room was fine, especially the breakfast and the low key restaurant Peder Hiort

The room is the most important when staying at a hotel - this room was much below standard, like at at hostel.
