The location of the hotel is ideal. It was easy to walk everywhere, since the hotel was very central. Great restaurants nearby, so there was no shortage of places to eat at.

The breakfast lacked variety, ie not too many halal or kosher options. In addition, the ventilation in the room was poor. I left the bathroom door open after showering, and even though the window was open, the smoke alarm was triggered. A staff member burst into my room before I was fully dressed, which I found to be extremely poor taste (there was a quick knock and the door opened immediately after, before I had a chance to respond). I voiced my concerns to reception, only to get a simple apology and an addition that it was my fault.

Comfortabel room, good breakfast, free coffee and tea all day. Located close to the center of the main island. Limited paid parking in front of the hotel. Be careful, parking rules reinforcement is present.

When using the stairs to get to and from one's room, the hotel layout looks like a maze. The bathroom on the other hand is narrow and the space to maneuver to sit on the toilet is limited.

Amazing view, clean comfortable rooms and great friendly service! Right in the city center close to the main square. Parking is not expensive.

The location is excellent. Minutes from the harbour, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast provided was very good.

View from my room. ... but then, i stayed only 1 night. For longer stay it is better to ask for a room with a better view if view matters to you.

It was the only place available in town when Airbnb host ghosted us. Despite the reviews, we found the place has decent room(little old), excellent location, good breakfast though limited options and good service.

Its location is close to both the ferry ⛴️ pier and bus ? terminal. Also, free coffee and tea ☕ are provided.

The choice of food for breakfast can be improved.

I was in shock to see that my booking was showing incorrect in hotel, as on booking.com it was for 15 People including 7 kids but on actually when I went to hotel for check in there was only booking for 6 Adults and no kids included. So I have to make last moment adjustments at hotel.Request you to kindly check if I can get a refund on this booking.

Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices including Norwegian specialties and gluten-free that far surpassed our expectations. Room was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and TV with basic channels (Sky News the only one in English). Hotel is just steps away from the waterfront and centre of town. Kids loved the burger place across the street.

Like many places in Norway, parking wasn't provided, but we had no problem finding a spot in front of the hotel - with enforcement beginning at 11:00 on Saturday. Might be different if not arriving on Friday or Saturday. View from rear room not great (alley behind hotel, where some remodelling is going on), but not really an issue.

Although we had only a one night stay at this hotel, everything meets our needs. The room was big and the en suite is also a good size. Buffet breakfast was superb with a lot of variety. The 24/7 coffee/tea station in the lobby was a plus. It was also very accommodating that we could sit and wait in the lounge area after our check-out to wait for our departure bus. We will recommend this hotel.
