Quality Hotel Grand Kristiansund

Great location near ferry terminal and downtown. Comfortable bed, good shower, decent room size. WiFi worked fairly well. Very nice breakfast. Parking was on street and was free as it was Sunday. Staff helpful

Like to be able to make tea or coffee in the room. Parking was tricky and we got a ticket despite getting a ticket from reception - the parking official gave it to us before we could put it in the car! We are in their ices of getting this refunded. There was not much room for the suitcases.

Nice hotel parking for 6 bikers on tour was troublesome, not much space and they charge ????

Parking. Was told there was no hotel parking but you can park on the street for free. We found the hotel parking around the back of the hotel!

Good breakfast. Good location. The staff listened to our concerns.

Destination charging is marked as available in bookig.com, but the Tesla charge was out of order and the staff did not know much about what the problem was or when it would be fixed. They recommended charging in nearby public services. After checking in, we were met with a horrible odor in our room from the bathroom which smelled like raw sewage. We asked for a different room and were given one.

Good sized room with comfortable beds. An excellent breakfast every day and a lovely bar/restaurant with a great selection of meals and beers.

Beautiful, outskirts amazing ?

The staff at the breakfast, why eating breakfast didn't allow the customers to be finished eating and stated to pick up dishes and, cups coming in front of customers to check in the salt/ pepper it's rude. Customers should eat in peace and if they needed any help they could have contacted them. Not to be in their faces.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful at the end. The room was small but clean and was good for the purpose of the short stay.

At reservation I asked repeatedly if there was a shuttle available and there was no answer. Only to find out that there was no shuttle at that particular day to bring me to the airport. Also the advertisement did say that WIFI would be available free of charge. There was no WIFI in my room which I did need as it was a business stay. Initially no help when complaining but after insisting another room was allocated.

Reception gave me a room on the 6th floor. There was an elevator. Once in the room i understood: famtastic view over Kristiansund harbour.

Choice of food in the restaurant was a bit limited. I chose the klippfisk as it is a lical speciality. But burgers etc.... i didn't ride 3200 km to Norway to eat burgers

We had a very nice stay with spectacular views over the harbour. The receptionist was paticularly helpful with restaraunt suggestions. The included breakfast was above expectations.

The curtains in the room were not closed all the way, so in the Norwegian summer days it was very disturbing to sleep during the "night" Over priced

Poor check-in service, old facility, and small blankets.

Hotel reception cannot obtain the payment information in their system from Booking.com. I paid twice for the stay! Hotel should not push their responsibility to the customer as I have already shown the confirmation email from Booking.com that clearly stated the stay is pre-paid! Now I must find out how to get the over-paid hotel bill by myself.Facilities are old, toilet lid in the room is loose and moving around while someone sit on it. The bed is not comfortable. Especially, for queen size double bed, I got 2 pieces of very small blankets instead of one big proper size double blanket. I woke up multiple time as the small blankets are too small for keeping me properly covered.
