Pros +
- central location in the middle of the city. OK breakfast but cramped in the breakfast room. Good beds but the pillow was not good. The staff were polite and helpful.. Nice and modern.

- The location was great. Near the center of the city and right next to a nice bar.It was a comfortable stay near a mall. Not caused by the hotel but the taxi ferry is free to go to other city districts across the bay.
Cons -
- We were made aware that there was a bar in the house when we ordered. What we didn't know was that there was a bar with football, karaoke and parties from Tuesday to Saturday. There was noise, loud music and no way to sleep. It is not recommended to park outside the hotel with car or motorcycle, they were used as ashtrays (not the hotel's fault). We will choose another hotel next time

There was a good range of foods on offer, well presented and tasty. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Previous reviews had mentioned the bar/club attached to the hotel but I heard nothing the nights we were there, even when I opened the window to listen!
No tea/coffee in the room, you had to go to reception area to get free drinks; not ideal in your pyjamas even in a safe place like Norway.
Convenient location, good price, breakfast is fine, street parking nearby, pay about 20 kr an hour( 8am-4pm)
Towels are a bit worn

No free parking for the guests.Some of the receptionists should improve English speaking and understanding.
Been many times and the hotel has been updated to a good standard. Very good location for venturing out for food.
Lovely staff. Waffle maker in reception for guests to use with all the ingredients.
