- We had a terrible experience at this hotel. It took the staff 2 hours to give us our room, during which time they refused to communicate in English (despite my being French and attempting to communicate in both languages). The situation was entirely unprofessional.We had booked and paid for a room with a double bed for 271 R$ (we are a couple), but they downgraded us and tried to give us a room with twin single beds worth 200 R$. They insisted that we had booked this room through “Expedia,” despite the fact that I showed them:•Their email confirmation (literally from them)•The Booking.com reservation details (and room details)•The reservation codes•My bank statement confirming the paymentThe staff showed no interest in resolving the issue internally as a professional hotel should. Instead, they wasted 2 hours of our evening arguing and pushing the blame onto us, while we stood there trying to prove we had booked the correct room.It was only after I mentioned filing a complaint that they finally gave us the room we had paid for, with no apology or gesture to compensate for the time and stress caused.This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

Internet is really bad, no restaurant, the area has a couple of restaurants and small food court in a small shopping mall but they are not good, additionally there is playground in the rear side where people plays soccer everynight making noise till 11pm or later
Room was OK... Staff were VERY helpful.
No bar/restaurant facility for the evening and due to its location with virtually no local restaurants this meant you had to spend most of your time and eat in the room. Gym was never open during my stay, no facility to sit around the pool. TV sound kept disappearing.
