- It was very close to the airport
- It is close to the airport which is by the way built on a way which prevents walk to-from this hotel. However the distance is not too much.-Very functional, the only things which already put it to a higher level: its receptionists, aircon, hot water, enough power sockets (just 1 was not working), the bed is comfortable.-As well, there is a water refill machine which works with a code if you buy a full stay subscription. Interesting, economic and nature aware solution. First time I see it in a hotel.-I give a praise to the young receptionist guy (I cannot recall the name of the 1amongst the 2) during my first night, when I arrived he sold me sandwitches when he noticed I was weak due to starving, then he showed what hospitality is about, generally. Still in the middle of the night! -Rosalinda, the cleaning lady prepared the room very well. It was not dirty.
- Proximity to airport. Excellent breakfast
Cons -
- The hotel stinks of mildew. Entrance, corridors, rooms, etc. Breakfast was not included in the booking. The foot of the table is sharp and hurt my foot (I gave the suggestion to the manager to sand all the feet of the tables). I didn't like the stay.
- The check in was not a pleasent experience we were given a room - first keys did not work, second it was occupied, third did not have a bed for a kid, fourth blankets were missing meaning I had to go to reception 4 times.
- -Just a bit of shower gel and 1 soap-There is no any translation guide to the aircon, had to use a online translator...-Only 1 towel, no small towels-The red plastic chair-The online checkin did not count at all, I did not see any value of that. The checkin was inefficient, but at least the receptionist was a kind person and answered to all questions.-The restaurant takes really about 1 hour stuff regardless of how much and what you order. Many of us heard about it, but I still saw the nervousness on the face of people around... And it is expensive and the staff is not so happy about other than Portuguese. However it used to be the opposite in an international hotel. It is not a home kitchen where we just fell in from the road. Not sure if they did not really take care by intent. The food was like in young schooldays, canteen level, not that better. The half-raw spaghetti meatballs were swimming on an oily sauce. And that took almost an hour to prepare. I had no time this time to eat anywhere else, but until they fix these issues I cannot recommend the restaurant part. Still Moldova Ibis was much better...However I had more expectations here, as Manaus is a tourist hotspot. The hotel was quite fine but the restaurant... It shouldnot be like an airport booth where you get illness and nothing else for your money. And I really hope that this did not happen because I was not a local. We have enough racism on white people nowadays in hotels of Asia, moreover Africa. Here, the restaurant issues might be handled at Ibis level. Training is suggested.

Proximity to airport. Excellent breakfast
I had to wait for a hamburger for half and hour at the restaurant
It was near the airport: we arrived 2 am and our next flight was in the morning.
Dirty, sleepy lady in the check in. I received a message saying I was supposed to do myself the check in, to make the process quicker. But she did everything again. We were 5 people, so it took a while.
Room was simple, with older finishes, but clean. Safe. Comfy bed. A good place to crash after a late night flight to Manaus. Only 5 minutes from airport (take an Uber -- taxi overcharged us). A/C worked great. We were only there late at night, but the room was very quiet with good blackout curtains. Day staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good. Taxis and tour guides all know the place, so pick-up for tours was very easy.
Room/hotel not as nice as in the photos. No towels, shampoo/conditioner, extra pillows/blankets, water, or coffee provided in the room. Night staff wasn't rude but not super friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow. It was very helpful that we had Portuguese -- no English (at least with night staff). We liked the place and would stay again if we had another late night flight, but it's definitely a place for function and not comfort.
location
I had booked three rooms for co-workers, when we went to check in, we were informed our reservation was for the next day, when actually it was for that day, we arrived at the property at 3:30am, they said reservations start at noon..I had requested an early checkin, never heard from them. Asked if we could still use the reseration, they said no...made us book a new reservation. Asked for a refund, was told, I had to request it thru Booking.com...the property will not respond thru booking...very terrible customer service, will not stay there again.
Some rooms were too hot and humid, others the AC was stuck at 17 degrees and there was only a small sheet on each bed. The restaurant was filled with people who waited 2h for their food.
Good hotel right beside the airport. Room was nice and the staff was friendly.
Convenient hotel if you need to stay close to the airport (7 min drive, you can’t walk there). Given the climate, the ro
The staff was nice.Breakfast was ok.
The room and linen were dirty. There was were bad smell at the hotel. It was to much moisture in the room even though aircondition was set at 22 C how it was recommended in the hotel. Water was dripping down the windows and mirrors.
Close to the airport, good food for breakfast with adequate variety, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
We would not stay there again.
We had to keep the room cold due to the humidity. Also, there was a smell that was pervasive throughout the hotel that was very unpleasant.
Good for airport.Great showers
Bar srea could be better but friendly staff
Clean. Quiet. AC. Close to airport.
Bed stiff.
Proximity to airport (short uber ride)
Reception staff had no idea what they were doing - the check in took waaaaay too long.
Great location for an airport layover. Clean, what you expect.
Breakfast overpriced.
Bad food, bad room
Bad amenities, only one bottle of wine in the whole hotel, bad food
The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The free breakfast was pretty good with lots of local options including eggs.
We booked a room with 2 beds. It was my wife and I and our 2 small kids. We arrived at 3am after a 20 hour trip and just wanted to get some sleep. We were told that they only had a room with 1 bed and our room was not available. They were able to get us a crib for our 4 year old but our 7 year old had to sleep with us in a full size bed. That was the last room available. They were able to move us to another room for the second night, but the only compensation they were able to provide was 30 R$ ($5 USD) which is what they said was the cost of the extra bed, which I haven't seen come to the account and have a feeling it won't. They don't provide water, but you can buy a reusable bottle (for 25R$) and buy a code to use the filter machine.
Close to the airport, good breakfast, friendly staff
Rooms were smallish, we had to call and ask for blankets, drinking water was charged extra, no glasses in the room for drinking water, no tea coffee in the room.
