The location is good, walking distance from a mall. Easy to get Uber or Taxi.

There were two nights when I had to kill a cockroach in my room. On some days, housekeeping forgot to leave towels in my room. In my coworker's room, housekeeping picked up a dirty towel from the floor and hung it back up alongside the clean one. Practically the entire staff is apathetic.

The rooms are very humid with mold smell. We asked to change rooms, and the new room is slightly better but still very humid. Around 2 am, we received a phone call from the reception that woke us up, saying that the fire alarm detected smoke in our room! They asked if everything looked fine in the room we said yes. Of course we were alarmed that something was wrong in the room and had trouble going back to sleep. If there was a smoke alarm, they should send a technician to the room to verify why the smoke detector was triggered. If it was a false alarm, then we expect an apology and a compensation for ruining our night!We do not recommend that hotel!

convenient to shopping mall

Rooms were adequate and clean but towels were low quality and too few. Everything was minimalist. No bar or restaurant on premises.

Nearby 10 minute walk mall has lots of restaurant.

Nice bed, nice view, nice breakfast.

Rooms are an awkward mix. The whole building is very old, the rooms are also old (ugly pantry kitchen, ugly bath room), but some parts like the bed got renovated. I think it's good for business travelers, for tourists its too far from the city center.

from a mobility standpoint… I have a mobility scooter.. excellent space , but the bathroom was all ceramic tile. made it hard to find a surface that I could hold on to. the hold bar in the shower could be a little longer. the shower grout needs to be cleaned, the brackets that hold the shower head tools needed to be cleaned. at least change the nuts to newer non rusted. other than that I enjoyed the stay. also the desk in back of the bed needs to be reinforced. the mdf is becoming weak and the sides almost came apart. just suggestions for the next clients.

The rooms are big, breakfast is excellent, and the area is close to the mall and centrally located.

When I checked in the front desk reception made an error with my breakfast and one breakfast was not being included in the price which it should have been. This was a result of an error made when checking in. Eventually it was fixed but only after pleading with the restaurant and front desk. In sum, why would a couple check in and only pay for one breakfast when it was clear there were two people staying and for which both should have been included?

Great room! Great room Service and very Nice and gentle bellboy!

Elevators were not fully working so it Took long time To go up and down. bathroom amenities were too “simple” and in the fridge there were only water bottles. I personally asked for a late checkout but this was denied promptly.
